Do you have a minimum for weddings?

There are no guest minimums for BYOB events where we provide bartending service only. For events where we supply the alcohol, we require a minimum of 50 guests to ensure we can meet your needs effectively. We’re happy to discuss your specific event details and see how we can best accommodate your celebration, whether it’s a small intimate gathering or a larger event.

Is there a travel fee?

Travel fees apply only for events in Chicago due to the challenges of transporting our team and equipment. Many of our bartenders use public transit, and the fee ensures we can deliver the same high level of service for your event. For events closer to areas where we have staff, there is typically no travel fee. We'll confirm any applicable fees during the proposal process to ensure transparency and clarity.

How many times do we meet before the wedding?

Our process is designed to be as seamless as possible through our online tools. For most clients, the main consultation happens via our easy-to-use menu designer form, where you can input all the details about your event. If you prefer a more personal touch, we're happy to schedule a consultation instead. We’re always available if you need additional assistance, and depending on how far in advance you book, we may do a final check-in to confirm details closer to the event.

Yes, we offer tastings upon request so you can sample our signature cocktails before your event. Tastings are available for a small fee, which will be applied toward your final booking if you choose to work with us.

We do have bar setups available for rent to make your event seamless. For additional rental needs, such as glassware or other equipment, we have trusted partners we can recommend. Yes, most events feature a selection of signature cocktails chosen through our menu designer form or during a consultation. For BYOB events, we base the shopping list around your selected cocktails to ensure everything is perfectly tailored to your event. Whether you have a few favorites in mind or need help choosing, we’ll make sure the drinks reflect your vision.

Our main office is based in Northern Illinois, and we proudly serve the Midwest, typically within 200 miles of Chicago. However, with staff located throughout the region, we’re able to accommodate events in various locations. Yes, we carry both general and liquor liability insurance, with coverage up to $2 million. This ensures that your event is fully protected, giving you peace of mind while we handle the bar service.

With all packages, including basic BYOB, you'll receive: 1 hour of setup and 1 hour of breakdown/clean-up Full bar service for the duration of your event A bar and cooler to keep drinks cold A consultation to discuss your needs A custom shopping list tailored to your signature cocktails (for BYOB events) A bespoke display menu to showcase your drink offerings.
