Our owner's journey in the culinary and beverage world is as rich and vibrant as the cocktails we craft. Born in the South Pacific and raised in the heart of the South, she developed a genuine appreciation for warm hospitality from a young age, starting her career at just 12 years old in her uncle's catering business. Our owner honed her skills working alongside James Beard-nominated chefs and currently bartends at a prestigious Michelin-star restaurant. This invaluable experience has cultivated an exceptional understanding of flavor profiles, ingredient quality, and the art of crafting perfectly balanced cocktails.

I started catering weddings at age 12 while working in my great uncle's catering business. While I started my career making load lists and doing prep work, I'm now an exceptional mixologist and business owner.
