Life of the party
Dj Holtie was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From our first call, his communication was efficient and professional, but also had a relaxed, friendly vibe that put us at ease. On the day of, Dj Holtie knew exactly what music to play based on how many people were up and moving, seamlessly transitioning between high-energy dance tracks and slower, romantic songs. Derek was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding! Derek himself has a wealth of experience as a wedding DJ and it showed. He was organized, responsive in our communications leading up to the big day, and had a clear understanding of the vibe we were going for. The ceremony and cocktail hour music set the perfect tone, and Derek really shone during the reception by expertly reading the room and playing great songs that kept energy high and had all our guests dancing the night away. The music was a huge hit and we couldn't have asked for a better DJ to keep the party going. Highly recommend!
Provided the soundtrack to our best day
Derek was an absolute dream to work with. He was easy to get in contact with, sought to cohesively integrate himself into our vision for our wedding celebration and his positivity was infectious. We knew we didn’t want certain on trend wedding party traditions at our wedding and Derek was so patient with us as we tried to figure out the basic structure of what we needed him to do beyond playing great music. We created specific playlists for him to use and he put his own spin on them while successfully batting away any unruly special song requests. He read the room and found the right songs for the right moments and ended up drawing every single person at our wedding onto the dance floor. DJ Holtie provided the soundtrack for the best day of our lives and we couldn’t be more grateful or be more excited to offer the highest and strongest recommendation of his services and the extra special touch he can add to your special day.
