I recently hired Amplifire Entertainments for my wedding, and unfortunately, my experience was less than stellar due to their poor communication skills. Initially, their responses were prompt, but once the contract was signed, it became difficult to get in touch with them. I had to reach out multiple times to receive a response. I chose Amplifire Entertainments because of the positive experience I had with their MC during my engagement. While the DJ and MC did a greatjob keeping the music going and the crowd entertained at the wedding, the poor communication made the experience far more stressful than it needed to be. It has been six months since the wedding, and we are still waiting for the photos from the photobooth they provided. Despite multiple follow-ups over the past few months, their responses have been sparse, and they have repeatedly promised to send the photos "shortly." Unfortunately, this "shortly" has now stretched to three months. In summary, Amplifire Entertainments might have talent but if you value smooth, clear, and timely communication for your event, I advise looking elsewhere.
