Historic Seven Sycamores Ranch was the original namesake of the McKellar’s citrus farm back in 1927. On this ranch, Hugh and Vernice McKellar built a home and raised their family. Under the new name of McKellar Ranch, their son, and our current owner, Farmer Bob McKellar, still farms the same citrus orchards that his father Hugh planted years and years ago. Spanning generations, the farm has been many things to many people. This place has been home to countless memories that have helped mold and shape lives. Historic Seven Sycamores isn't just a venue; it is a home with history at its heart, where life has lived. We are pleased to present to you a spectacular outdoor venue, Tuscan Gardens. We are a privately-owned venue located in the countryside of Kingsburg, California. Our venue is situated among majestic almond trees and charming grape vineyards. Upon entering our grounds you’ll find rose gardens, lush greenery, fountains, and our iconic fire bowl. Our pavilion is located towards the back of the property giving you an intimate setting for your event.

Swan Lake is the perfect blend of rustic charm and a touch of glam. The Grand 1401 offers two beautiful ballrooms. The Grand Ballroom is located on the 1st floor and has a capacity of up to 500 guests and comes with a Mezzanine that oversees the ballroom. The Grand on 10th is located on the 10th floor and has a capacity of up to 300 guests and has access to the veranda that overlooks downtown Fresno. The Grand 1401 is on the official list of the Nation's historic places worthy of preservation. The former SJL&P Building is a highly significant building in Fresno, both as a visual architectural landmark for the City and as an excellent example of the Italian Renaissance Revival style.
