BLDG 4 is a Connecticut historic event venue specializing in weddings, private parties and corporate functions. Our capacity for sit down is (250) and cocktail is (500)! We have ample amount of parking and we offer great amenities! We offer tables, chairs, support staff, indoor & outdoor spaces along with much more. All of our wedding packages include full access the day of and a wedding suite. You can also upgrade to our Penthouse Wedding Suite for those couples who need a bit more.

New Park offers two amazing spaces that are unparalleled in the CT area. Fondly named The Barrel Room and The Green Room, they have been lovingly restored and offer vaulted ceilings, beautiful polished concrete floors, gorgeous wood bars, and an industrial but rustic vibe. Our smaller room, The Barrel Room features views into our brew house and barrel aging vault with a seated capacity of 76. Our newer and larger space, The Green Room, features views into our Patty's pizza kitchen and has a seated capacity of 132. “We had a wedding reception/party in the Green Room recently for around 85 people and it was AMAZING! TJ, Christine and the team were so easy going and awesome to work with. They thought of every detail and were on-site to ensure everything ran smoothly. The food was PHENOMENAL! We did the pass around hor d'oeuvres, the pizza package and the Gatos Tacos. Everyone absolutely loved it! Our guests are still talking about it! P.S. - Don't sleep on those mini grilled cheeses for the pass arounds - like OMG! The drinks were obviously great as well. If you haven't been to New Park, go and drink up! You won't regret it! Not a beer drinker? They have a full bar in their event space! Great for any type of drinker. They even had NA beer too for the non-drinkers. I highly recommend New Park for any of your event needs! They are the BEST!!”
