Chicory Event Center is a new renovated event space in downtown Mishawaka. It features a main banquet room with seating up to 250, a private dining room with seating up to 25, and a Chicory Cafe with an beautiful outside patio. The main banquet room features a beautiful bar with barn doors, coffee bar, dance floor, and a chandelier. This room is perfect for your wedding reception, class reunion, birthday party, sweet sixteen party, retirement party, business conference, or networking event. Tables, chairs, table linen, chinaware, table center pieces, set up, and clean up are all included in room rental. Our private dining room features numerous table layouts, 70 inch television, A/V equipment, and available table service. Welcome to The Beiger Mansion, Mishawaka's premiere event facility and bed and breakfast. The mansion, which is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was originally built as the palatial home of Martin and Susie Beiger, the founders of Ball Band. Though Martin never had the privilege of living in the home, Susie did and enjoyed nearly 20 years of lavish living and entertaining. Today we carry on this tradition of entertaining as the opulence of the home provides the perfect setting for any event. The Hall at Saint Peter's is a charming church and banquet hall wedding venue located in South Bend, IN. We are an event center which provides a full range of social, and business catering services in a beautiful natural setting, overlooking one of the area's loveliest golf courses. The venue occupies a colonial cape cod building especially designed for its unique needs. The space provides an airy country club ambiance featuring large open vistas overlooking two of the prettiest golf holes in Michiana.

The Hopewell Barn is located about 1/2 mile south of the historic Hopewell Church. Built in 1872 and purchased by Deb in 2018, the church is listed on National Historic Register for its ties to Gene Stratton Porter. Gene was a famous author in the early 1900’s and the area of ‘Hopewell’ was used as the locale for the settings for several of her books. The name ‘Rustic Barn at Hopewell’ was selected to pay tribute to historic roots of the Hopewell area.

The Blossom Barn is a restored dairy barn featuring an all-white interior, exposed brick, tons of natural light, exposed beams, elegant chandeliers, and separate bride and groom suites in the silos for getting ready.
