My name is Preston LaMar Before starting my company in 2021, I was a theatre arts major and actor. I spent 4 years studying acting, lighting, sound, set design, and wardrobe. I had one major goal in mind. I did not want to create the typical cliche films that are out there. I wanted to create videos that were divergent while staying true to an original cinema ambiance. within every video I create there is always a different approach, I strive to be as creative as I can, and always use new themes and artistic choices.

Our style of videography is very candid. We find that getting those candid shots of the day unfolding and putting them all together is what we like best. You generally will not see fast paced speed ramps' or all slow motion. Our editing style is 'real time' - we like to be as classic as we possibly can to create a film that will always be 'in style'. We look forward to the possibility of working together and getting to know one another a little more!

My grandma taught me to be kind to others and always keep a smile on my face, one of my fondest memories is having homemade pasta with my family every Sunday at my grandma’s. After planning my own wedding, I found there are numerous options for videographers/photographers, however, there are very few professionals who offer quality services combined with affordability. That’s when I decided to pursue my dream of launching a business. It has been incredible! It’s hard to believe how quickly the business has grown. My experience comes from studying film and photography in college, working in a professional film environment, and thousands of hours with editing and filming.

I became indulged in the story-telling of my wedding couples. Being surrounded by the excitement, sometimes nervous couples, and their loving families and friends made the filming such a rush. Their collaboration, over a decade, has made weddings their passion. Zach's romance with Brittany, leading him to Atlanta, has added a new dimension to Epic Love, with Brittany becoming an integral storytelling member. Their combined talents and experiences fuel Epic Love Wedding Films, now based in Atlanta, as a beacon of innovative, heartfelt storytelling. ​

In 2009, he married his wife Sarah, and moved back to their native Oak Park to raise their two children, Stella and George. Doug met Rochelle - He asked her to dance - 3 songs in a row. That was the beginning. They were married 138 days later Doug had already been filming weddings professionally for 3 years. Rochelle was a school teacher, recreation coordinator, and volleyball coach. Doug had studied Multi Media and TV Broadcasting in college. Rochelle was anxious to fulfill a lifelong dream of becoming a photographer. Pointe Digital was born. Together they make an incredible team capturing weddings. When they are not out shooting together, they are busy taking care of their seven children and folding the laundry.
