I studied interior merchandise with a minor in hospitality event planning at SFA and found my love for flowers there. I am a full time elementary school teacher, but in my spare time you can find me doing something with flowers.

My love for flowers has always been in my heart but it took a few 9-5 jobs, a pandemic, and lots of praying for me to find my true passion for Floral Design. Working with flowers brings me so much joy and I am so blessed to have found what my soul has been yearning for all along. I have my florist certification through IAP college. My hands on training is self taught and has grown into what it is through working with several other amazing florists. I have always had a love for anything creative! Crafts, home decorating, flowers. anything that required taking the bits and pieces for putting together a finished design. As a young mother of 3 active kids these things were more a hobby than a profession. As my kids have grown and become less relient on me I started to think about my time and what I wanted to do with it. I started doing floral arrangements in 1996 for friends, family, dances for my kids and their friends. Special events, holidays, birthdays, weddings or a husband at the last minute who needs a bouquet for his wife or partner. I love anything to do with flowers!

My lush, romantic, organic aesthetic is inspired by the natural world; the untamed and ephemeral beauty of flowers. In each of my designs, I look to reflect on the unique allure of the seasons by combining the traditional and more the uncommon together. Based in New York City, my team crafts bespoke designs for weddings and events throughout the tri-state area, across the Hudson Valley, and beyond! Gayle has produced hundreds of events and weddings since co-founding her company in 2003. Aside from managing a team of Producers, Sales people and associates, Gayle’s expertise is her ability to bring in original, multi-faceted creative projects on-time and on budget. Gayle has an additional 15 years in design and production work, live events and television shows as well as set design experience in feature films and commercials. She is currently serving on the MPI New England board of directors. Gayle has a BA from the University of Massachusetts and a MA in film production from American University.
