Foliage Floral Design Studio

5.0

Nashville, TN

Hi, I’m Meg! I’ve been an small business owner & entrepreneur for 8 years and co-owner of Foliage since 2019. I’m coffee obsessed, currently binge-watching something on Netflix or listening to Maximum Fun Network podcasts while working. I think that getting to work with fresh flowers, from down the road or all over the world, then arranging them into something stunning for customers that will see them and feel emotionally inspired by is a wonderful way to spend my time working in this world. I feel incredibly lucky! Every project is a new, thrilling piece of art. Every client is a chance to find ways to make them smile because of flowers!

    Awarded Best of Zola
As a wedding photographer, I work with a wide variety of vendors each weekend. I've had the pleasure of photographing Meg's bouquets, and they are stunning! She jumped in last minute for a styled project, and blew me away. I would recommend her to any couple.

        I Dew Flowers

        5.0

        Riverside, CA

I Dew Flowers is a wedding and special event florist located in Riverside, California. Each and every event we do is custom designed to meet the clients individual style and taste. Since the start of the company in 2015, we have done hundreds of weddings and events all over the Southern CA area. We look forward to making your wedding flower dreams come true!

Jessica’s work is STUNNING. She is extremely talented, kind, and patient; prior to booking, we had a meeting where I sent a mood board of what I was looking for/wanted and she even allowed me to come over to pick up a “trial” bouquet and further discuss things like rentals, set-up, etc. She also sent me photos of florals she did at the venue I booked (Ebell Long Beach). Upon booking (about a year prior to my wedding), she sent over an order sheet with everything we discussed, in detail. A few months before the wedding, I changed some things and Jessica was very open to them; I also appreciated the fact that during the entire process, Jessica was very prompt with communication. Day of the wedding - she came right when the venue opened to set up and did so quickly and beautifully. My jaw literally dropped when I saw everything - the flowers were fresh and absolutely gorgeous. If you are a bride/groom looking for florals, don’t hesitate to book Jessica!!!

          Hignight’s Florist

          5.0

          East Moline, IL

Hignight’s Florist is locally owned and operated in the Quad Cities by Chad & Corry, a fun and creative couple with a combined background focused on floral design, plant care, architecture, and design. Other focuses include their two cats, Cubs baseball, gardening, extroversion, introversion, and of course, steak tacos and pizza.

Working with Corry at Hignight's was a dream come true! When we first met with her for a consult she was a great sounding board for us to brainstorm and collaborate ideas with. She offered great suggestions and even honest feedback on some of the flowers she'd recommend to use (and what was available in-season to look the best) given our venue was outside in September. When we brought up wanting to use vintage trophies as vases she was fully supportive of the idea and I'm sure they came with extra work on her part to create. She was so great to work with we recommended her to several other couples who ended up using Corry's services as well for their weddings. Her services were very reasonable, professional, and made us feel completely at ease during a time which can be quite stressful. Can't say enough great things about working with Corry; we even have her recreate one of our wedding floral arrangements every year on our anniversary to celebrate our special day!

If you are hosting any sort of event with florals, you need to hire The Little Branch. I was recently married at a venue with a very specific color palette, and knew I needed a florist who could work with that specific setup, as well as someone who could guide me as my floral knowledge was very rudimentary. We spoke to Meg and she put together the proposal of our dreams, and then brought that vision to life. About a month before the wedding we met to finalize our details, and Meg gave us such helpful guidance as we worked to bring our vision to life. I left with a good idea of what our wedding would look like, but on my actual wedding day my expectations were so far exceeded that I was rendered speechless. Meg provided the most vibrant, gorgeous florals. From our ceremony arch to my bridal bouquet to our tablescapes, everything was stunning. The flowers were unique, bright, and complementary to the venue. It elevated our wedding so much and we are so grateful to Meg’s vision and work for making our day so gorgeous.

              Emblem Flowers

              5.0

              Pasadena, CA

Emblem's mission is to inspire and heal the human heart through the beauty of flowers. We are a boutique floral design studio based in Pasadena, CA. We love translating our clients' vision into editorial, romantic, painterly floral designs for weddings. corporate events and special occasions, using seasonal, local product whenever possible.

Emblem flowers was such a dream to work with and brought my Springtime floral vision to life for my wedding. Leading up the wedding, Charmain was so enthusiastic and fun to talk to and strategize flowers with, really accommodating and was very conscientious of my restricted budget. I’m pretty particular about design and flowers and she did an amazing job securing the very best flowers of the season, and creating beautiful arrangements. My overall wedding design was very simple and her flowers were the stars of the show. She also gave me advice on other design details and was a springboard for design strategy. I particularly loved my bouquet, which incorporated several of my favorite flowers, along with some beautifully scented ones that made my walk down the aisle even sweeter. The men’s boutonnières were also so surprisingly cute and original, a detail that I would have considered less important (sorry, boys) but were really special. Emblem went above and beyond for my wedding, made the process fun and delivered a beautiful day.

Floral team here to make your wedding or event BLOOM! Flourish had it's start in Georgia in 2018, where we still provide floral services. We have recently expanded to New England as well! My name is Kendall, the creator of Flourish Floral Design and I lead operations in New England. The wonderful Taylor is now leading operations in Georgia and the Southeast.

I truly cannot thank Kendall and her team with Flourish Floral Design enough! She heard out my vision, asked all the right questions, and brought my fairy tale wedding to life with her floral design! In the planning process, she made sure to give me plenty of options and was so patient with me, as I had a pretty tight budget. Kendall gave me other options that were more budget friendly, while still showing me what it would look like with my origional thoughts. I ended up loving her ideas way more than my own!! She never once made me feel pressured! She handled absolutely everything so that on the day of the wedding I didn't have to think at all. When she showed me the arrangements and archway, I was brought to tears! Her talents, customer service, pricing, and genuine love for what she does is truly unmatched. Brides- I cannot reccomend this business enough!!!

                    Front Yard Florals

                    5.0

                    San Diego, CA
                    • Starts at $600

I am a sustainable florist, and I work with 100% locally grown blooms, most of which are grown in my front yard cutting garden. I welcome couples who love nature and sustainability, who don’t shy away from surprises, and who want to know their flowers from seed, to stem, to ceremony.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Heather and her flowers. I was referred to Heather by a friend of mine who had her florals done by her for her wedding and I am forever grateful for Heather. From the minute I messaged her about my vision I knew I picked the right person. She immediately knew what I wanted and brought my vision to life. The entire process was so fun.. seeing the seeds planted all the way to seeing them at my wedding. Heather is by far one of the sweetest people I have ever met and had the privilege of working with. (I want to throw more events just to work with her) She is so kind and went above and beyond for me. We did 5 bridesmaids bouquets, bridal bouquet, 60 bud vases for center pieces, a boutonniere, and a sweetheart table piece that blew me away. I cried when she walked in and handed me my flowers. They were STUNNING!!! She made sure all of my questions were answered and never made me feel like I was asking too much. We received so many compliments on the florals at the wedding and I can confidently say that working with Heather was my favorite part of wedding planning. You will be in AMAZING hands when you work with and trust Heather. It is evident how much time and love she puts into her flowers and those around her. Thank you Heather for everything you did for me and ensuring that my wedding florals were everything and more!!

                    Splints & Daisies

                    • Starts at $4,000

Tara has been a long time flower lover and plant geek. Growing up she was a rambunctious toddler and decided to get a head start in the horticulture industry by eating her mothers house plants. This mostly resulted in the poison control center being called repeatedly, but also instilled in her the love of all things "green and growing". She has had her hands in the dirt and been playing with flowers her whole life. With an art background in her family, florals became her artistic expression.

Tara, owner of Splints & Daisies, is truly one of the best wedding florists in Central PA to work with! Not only is she a fun person to be around, but her creative and unique floral creations are always wowing us and our clients! We have worked with Tara since we opened in 2014 and she has collaborated with us for multiple open houses & special events to showcase our venue and ALWAYS goes above and beyond with floral displays & installs. Her visions are one-of-a-kind and always delivers! We also love that she sources her flowers locally and uses sustainable supplies (in an industry where waste is real, she makes a conscious effort to do her part to help avoid waste!). Our couples & clients that we refer to Tara are always blown away by her floral creations and are so happy that they chose Splints & Daisies for their day!

                    Nectar & Root

                    5.0

                    Morrisville, VT

Floral designs that feel alive and make your heart flutter. Creating floral art for weddings in Vermont and beyond. Booking 2024 and 2025. Seasonal ingredients, sculptural and ikebana inspired botanical art for your day.

I'm a wedding photographer, and when one of my clients tells me they've chosen Nectar & Root for their florist I let them know they've made the best decision- not only will they be in good hands with someone who is reliable and effectively gets the job done, but their space will be transformed in the most beautiful and unique way. I'm also a hobby cut flower gardener who spends lots of time looking for new and interesting varieties and Erin and I have connected over the past four years- sharing seedlings and advice. Erin always finds the most beautiful and unusual varieties and grows them in her garden, then utilizes them in her wedding bouquets. She also knows how much I love photographing her work and will give myself (and other photographers too!) an extra centerpiece to bring around to different backgrounds at the venue and create a beautiful work of art together for our clients to enjoy. Erin and I worked a multi-day event in Stowe this past year that was the biggest event I had ever photographed, and she blew me away with how beautifully she transformed both Friday and Saturday's venues into a meadow-inspired wonderland. Hire Erin, you won't be disappointed, and your flowers will look like no-one else's.

Being able to give the gift of flowers for a wedding, and set off the decor for such a special event brings me embrace joy. Selina was great to work with and from a vendor standpoint, was easy to communicate with, professional, and understands the vision given to her. I'll definitely work with Fowler's Flowers again!

                        About wedding florists

How much do wedding bouquets cost?

Wedding bouquets vary in cost by bouquet size, quantity and density of blooms, season, and flower type. Your wedding location and cost of living will also have an impact. In general, you can expect to pay $200–$400 for a larger main bouquet, and $100–$250 for smaller wedding party bouquets. Communicate openly with your florist about your budget and vision—colors and inspirational photos are often more helpful to your florist than specific types of flowers.

How can we save money on our wedding flowers?

Couples are often surprised by the amount of their budget spent on wedding flowers. Labor and variable wholesale costs add up quickly! To save, avoid anything that needs to be installed day-of and stick to “wear and carry.” This means the florist simply drops off the arrangements (bouquets, boutineers, centerpieces, etc.) at your venue for you to place yourselves. Something like a ceremony arch, by contrast, requires multiple people to set up and take down on site, often with a service charge of up to 40%. Talk openly with your florist about the look you want to achieve, rather than specific flowers you want. They can suggest flower species and options to make your vision happen in a way that fits your budget.
