A Bloom Studio

5.0

Sunnyside, WA
  • Starts at $1,000

HI THERE, I’M KIRSTIE! When my hands aren’t full of flowers, you will most likely find me curled up on the couch with a good book + my cat, adventuring around the beautiful West Coast with my husband, or finding treasures at the thrift store. My passion for flowers began as a little girl. I would sit near our family garden & watch the butterflies land on every flower, fascinated with how much beauty each flower had. Years later, while working at my college’s greenhouse, my passion was sparked back to life & I fell in love with every aspect of working with flowers. Growing them, caring for them & designing with them.

Kirstie with A Bloom Studio is amazing to work with! As a photographer who has been in business for 9 years, I can say that she is professional, creative, personable and easy to work with. She takes clients ideas and brings something to life that is absolutely amazing! We did an elopement together at Crate Lake National Park that was a busy and full day. She overdelivered and made sure everything went so smoothly from delivery to set-up, seeing the day through and being a support to the team. She is wonderful to work with, easy to communicate and on top of every aspect for floral creations!

Leslie Ivey Designs

5.0

Raleigh, NC
  • Starts at $1,500

A Raleigh, North Carolina native, Leslie has not let location deter her from experience. Both independently and as part of a team, she has produced events across the United States, the Caribbean, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. Her experience has provided the rare opportunity to participate in all aspects of event planning, design, and installation. From flowers to props, catering to rentals, design to execution, for budgets of any size, she has done it all.

My husband and I originally planned to have a medium-sized wedding at a local brewery, but due to COVID we had to reevaluate our plans and decided to hold an intimate gathering of 20 at my childhood home. After doing research we quickly discovered that local companies were still charging a premium price or not willing to design a smaller wedding. We reached out to Leslie, who even though 4 hours away from the location, was able to walk us through the design process and made our vision come to life. She combined our love of literature, travel, and the macabre to create what we called Great Gatsby meets Midsummer with unique pieces, beautiful deep colored floral designs, and tablescapes of nature meets vintage even incorporating my parents own chinaware and silver. Leslie understood that even though our wedding was small it didnt mean it had to look cheap. We were very grateful for her artistry and professionalism.

Wild Floral Designs

5.0

Bronx, NY

Years ago, I read this poem by Mary Oliver. No longer inspired by my tech start-up desk job, I thought to myself, ‘what is it I would like to spend my life doing?’. I turned to the first job I ever had in high school, being a florist, and began Wild. Over the years, I have discovered such meaning in creating with my hands. My lush, romantic, organic aesthetic is inspired by the natural world; the untamed and ephemeral beauty of flowers. In each of my designs, I look to reflect on the unique allure of the seasons by combining the traditional and more the uncommon together. Based in New York City, my team crafts bespoke designs for weddings and events throughout the tri-state area, across the Hudson Valley, and beyond! Whether for 20, or 200, our pleasure is bringing your vision to life.

I cannot recommend Michelle & her team enough for all your floral needs. She is thoughtful, communicative, AND creative - a rare combination! I had a very specific vision in my mind for my florals, including a custom H arch to represent our last name. The results were more than I could have ever hoped for; when Michelle brought my bouquet to the bridal suite, I actually got emotional because it was so beautiful! Our guests could also not stop talking about the florals. You simply will not regret hiring Michelle!

    Florals by Adena

    5.0

    Fort Washington, PA
    • Starts at $5,000

Florals By Adena is a boutique wedding florist operating out of the Philadelphia area. Owner Adena Einfrank is a passionate floral designer ready to fill your wedding day with exquisite arrangements bursting with life and color. Offering a sensational array of display options, she will dedicate herself to crafting a personalized package that reflects your one-of-a-kind romantic bond.

If you’ve come across Adena, no need to look any further, you’ve found your florist! My husband and I had the opportunity to work with Adena for our July 2023 wedding and we strongly recommend Adena for your floral needs without reservations! Not only did our wedding florals turn out to be even more magical than we could have ever imagined, the process of working with Adena was seamless and we really felt heard and taken care of. Adena listened to what we envisioned, and helped us articulate it further by providing visuals in her proposal, asking questions at our consultation meetings, and listening to our reactions during the mock up! On the wedding day, it seemed as if she had pulled the wedding flowers I had always dreamed of straight out of my imagination! We obviously were obsessed with our florals, AND we received so many compliments from our guests about the beauty and uniqueness of the ceremony statement pieces, the bouquets, and the reception table florals! Practically speaking, she was a dream to work with. She was responsive and prompt, shared different options and helped us think through how each would work with our budget and overall vision, and was proactive and collaborated well with other vendors to help ensure that her team could be prepared to execute on the wedding day. This all gave me a lot of peace of mind. Lastly, after the mock up and the wedding day, Adena had put together floral arrangements for us to bring home. It was truly a special touch and a beautiful reminder of our special day for the days to follow. All to say, we strongly recommend Adena to help you bring your floral needs to life! Couldn’t recommend her more!

    Bluebird Bouquets

    5.0

    Somerville, MA
    • Starts at $4,000

My passion for floristry began at a young age alongside the caring guidance of my grandmother. To me, flowers tell a story of family, about who we are and where we come from. Today, Bluebird Bouquets shares these meaningful moments with others through thoughtfully crafted floral pieces for life's special moments.

It’s challenging to put into words how much we loved all our wedding flowers and how well they captured our personalities and suited the settings we chose for our ceremony and reception. We’ve been fans of Haley’s work via the Boston Women’s Market for several years now because of her unique and vibrant arrangements that blend classic style with innovative combinations and silhouettes, and she was the first person we thought of for floral arrangements when we started to plan our wedding. Working with Haley is such a delight! She was very patient with us since we don’t know much about flowers ourselves, and was able to create truly stunning arrangements given our chosen colors and themes. We also thought it was really special how she was able to make arrangements for each of our wedding party members that would suit them; we both had all-gender wedding parties and Haley was able to provide boutonnières, bouquets, and cuffs for party members depending on their roles and preferences. As the bride and groom, our favorite parts were the two large arraignments that framed our ceremony and added a lot of personality and definition to our wedding photos. Haley even delivered our flowers to the ceremony and reception venues on the day of our wedding. We didn’t have to worry about a thing! We would highly recommend her for any event.

    Petal Pushers Floral Design Studio

    5.0

    Chattanooga, TN
    • Starts at $1,800

We are passionate about flowers and colors. I started my career as a florist in Las Vegas, the wedding capital of the world. My 10 years as a florist in Las Vegas gave me design experience from small backyard weddings to large celebrity events. We love working with all styles and budgets.

I would highly recommend Petal Pushers! Super nice on the phone, fully understood my vision for my wedding, I felt like the price was very reasonable, and she was willing to work with me to make it fit my budget as well. The results were beautiful and the quality was fantastic. I had no issues at all- they came and set up everything early that morning and finished it up while I was getting ready. It was beautiful.

    About wedding florists

How much do wedding bouquets cost?

Wedding bouquets vary in cost by bouquet size, quantity and density of blooms, season, and flower type. Your wedding location and cost of living will also have an impact. In general, you can expect to pay $200–$400 for a larger main bouquet, and $100–$250 for smaller wedding party bouquets. Communicate openly with your florist about your budget and vision—colors and inspirational photos are often more helpful to your florist than specific types of flowers.

How can we save money on our wedding flowers?

Couples are often surprised by the amount of their budget spent on wedding flowers. Labor and variable wholesale costs add up quickly! To save, avoid anything that needs to be installed day-of and stick to “wear and carry.” This means the florist simply drops off the arrangements (bouquets, boutineers, centerpieces, etc.) at your venue for you to place yourselves. Something like a ceremony arch, by contrast, requires multiple people to set up and take down on site, often with a service charge of up to 40%. Talk openly with your florist about the look you want to achieve, rather than specific flowers you want. They can suggest flower species and options to make your vision happen in a way that fits your budget.
