The new 4992-square foot Finger Lakes venue features a state-of-the-art distilling room that is highlighted by a custom-built, 500-gallon copper, two-stage hybrid pot still/ reflux column still from HBS Copper, the commercial division of Hillbilly Stills in Tennessee.

Guests will enjoy scenic views across Seneca Lake while inside the Snug, which opens up to the outside covered pavilion, for larger numbers of guests. Available beverages include a wide variety of Cask Ales brewed on site, a hand picked selection of local wines and a limited selection of local spirits & mixers. One of the most distinctive historic properties in the Finger Lakes, the former White Gazebo Inn B&B, is now open for seasonal events, celebrations and Weddings! This historic regional property is an ideal setting for bridal showers, weddings, and receptions! The White Gazebo is home to an original Victorian gazebo built in 1853, as well as a picturesque period barn, sprawling pastures, and quiet woodland privacy. The regal, historic home includes a private terrace and patio for gathering and reception cuisine, and extensive grounds for walking, or just sitting and sipping wine and enjoying the bounty of the Finger Lakes. Flowers bloom all around! The Inn is a charming, cozy historic home with a recent addition with key amenities- It sleeps 10-12 with a Master Bedroom suite, a cozy family room, and a utility room perfect for staging. The upstairs has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom with windows facing the historic gazebo. The Inn is negotiable with a wedding or reception booking.

The Cathedral Room is a former Gothic Church re-purposed for special events! It is the perfect venue for weddings, receptions, and large parties. For smaller gatherings, we suggest The Gathering Room a warm and welcoming space located at the same location
