I photographed my first wedding in the heat of Summer back in 2011, I remember feeling a type of euphoria during the entire wedding, an "emotional adrenaline" if you will, I soaked in everything my mentor taught me over the course of 3 years and finally branched out on my own in late 2014. Dallas-Fort Worth saxophonist and jazz musician Justin Pierce began his musical career in the musically diverse region of the Texas-Louisiana Gulf Coast. He has performed across the United States and internationally, earned degrees in both classical and jazz styles, and taught at the secondary and college levels. Justin holds a Doctor of Musical Arts (D.M.A.) in Saxophone Performance and a Master of Music (M.M) in Jazz Studies from the University of North Texas. As an active musician, he leads The Justin Pierce Jazz Group, which performs regularly in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
