Owner and lead designer Christopher Skerritt has a life long love for plants & flowers. He has spent most of his time being surrounded by the natural beauty of flowers and has based his career around his passion. After several years of working with a few prestigious florists in the Northeast, he decided to open his own floral design studio in 2018. It is his pleasure to create one of a kind, custom floral designs for each of his couples and bring their wedding dreams into reality.

At CMD, we are a boutique design studio specializing in floral & event design in Portland & throughout New England. At CMD, we are floral designers, so we help with overall event and table design. To help make this process easier (and funner!), we have a built a large rental inventory that includes candles, custom arbors, votive holders and beyond!

The Harpswell Garden Club fosters a love of gardening through informative programs for its members and guests. We also share gardening experiences, create public garden spaces, and explore the interrelatedness of our gardens and the natural world. Harpswell Garden Club is a member of the Garden Club Federation of Maine, the New England Garden Clubs, Inc, and the National Garden Clubs, Inc. Our club is also a partner in Harpswell Invasive Plant Partnership.
