JEFF DECKER has been active in the central Virginia music scene for over twenty years. As a member of the University of Virginia's performance faculty, he performs regularly with the Free Bridge Quintet (the faculty jazz ensemble) and the Charlottesville University Symphony Orchestra. He has extensive experience as a professional musician working for parties and receptions, performing for hundreds of such occasions over the last decade.

A seasoned management team including members of America's top musical groups have assembled a cast of extremely talented, YOUNG, ENERGETIC musicians and singers that have the know-how, experience and energy to take your party to it's ultimate pinnacle. Four talented singers, a dynamic horn section and a killer rhythm section lay down a beat and a groove, along with complete audience interaction, that will take your event to the top and beyond.

Some of Tony Tatum’s earliest memories are of his mother singing in front of a mirror, holding a brush and belting out tunes by Tina Marie, The Whispers and Donnie Hathaway. “Every morning before school I would see her and hear her singing,” Tatum said. “I would think about it all morning long at school.” The music became part of him and he would find himself imitating his mom, pretending his comb was a microphone and singing along to the music.

Our CEO, seasoned planner, and professional mix DJ Joel Rabe is passionate about two things: the artistry of event planning and professional success. Over the years, Joel noticed that the videographers his clients had hired were missing important shots because they were unaware of the event itinerary, and also that they often used subpar equipment. Joel wanted videography to contribute to the success of his clients’ events, so it was a natural progression for Lethal Rhythms to begin offering video services.
