It’s so popular in Hawaii that it’s considered Hawaii’s “hamburger and hot dogs” which can be found in most, if not all, supermarkets in Hawaii. The West coast fell in love with the cuisine when it landed in 2011. Poké food trucks and restaurants started popping up all over the West coast and it became an instant hit! Then, swept through the Midwest and finally hit the East coast by 2015. Now, it’s one of the hottest cuisines on the up trend!

The only thing better than making memories, is reliving them. I love photography for so many reasons but the opportunity to freeze a moment in time and cherish that memory forever is reason number one.
