“As someone who had an unfortunate experience with a wedding planner scamming me (aka I paid her a deposit and she ghosted me), believe me when I say Breanna is the real deal. I signed her for partial planning services and she did not disappoint. For context, I had no idea what I was doing. I had never attended a wedding and my parents are immigrants who didn’t have the whole American wedding experience, so they had even less of a clue of how it works. I knew I’d miss crucial details and needed someone along the way as I was planning all by myself. Breanna came up with timelines, emailed vendors for me, checked in frequently, and gave me solid guidance whenever I needed advice. I think where she really shined was the day of. So if you’re considering it, at the very least sign her to be your day-of coordinator. I’m an extremely organized person, but on the wedding day I didn’t want to be running around. She was extremely professional and responsible throughout the whole day. Breanna was always one step ahead. I arrived at the church, she was already there waiting having organized the wedding party to walk down the aisle. Bus pulled up at the venue, Breanna was already there clipboard in hand. Reception started, Breanna was already next to me asking about my thoughts on the food and how things were going. Another thing — before I said it, she already did it. For example, I was worried my welcome sign didn’t get set up so I asked her. She pointed at the sign. She had already set it up. I was worried about vendors knowing about a change of location. Breanna had already updated every single one of them via email days ago. I was worried about whether I signed the right vendors. Breanna vetted every single one. And they all nailed it on the day of. Like I cried tears of joy for over my photographer and florist and how phenomenal they were. Hear me out. I’ll be the first to admit I have trust issues and I am the person who is very much like “I’d rather do it myself because I know it will get done and get done well. So I’ll just do it.” But girly pop, you can’t do it all. And you shouldn’t have to. Enjoy this moment. Breanna is the planner you can trust. Believe her when she says she’ll do it. Know she will do well. For the first time, I could close my eyes, take a deep breath, and know I had nothing to worry about.”

“Hotel 1620 Plymouth Harbor was a lovely venue for our wedding. The coordinators were extremely helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the planning process, promptly answering our many questions. They also walked us through rehearsal with ease. On the big day, the coordinator did arrive slightly behind schedule, but we made up the time with efficient photography. The hotel has a beautiful historic ballroom that perfectly suited our theme. The wedding suites are also quite lovely with harbor views. We did have some minor issues - a few guest rooms are outdated and some key cards malfunctioned - but the staff quickly resolved these. They also securely stored all our decor for pickup the next day. Overall, Hotel 1620 offers a beautiful, affordable venue and helpful staff, with just a few small hiccups. We highly recommend them for weddings and events.”

“We had heard of Julie from our Caterer - he had recommended her to us. And we are SO GLAD he did. She was a Rockstar on our wedding day. She helped set up our venue and coordinate our vendors on the day-of so we did not have to lift a finger. She had been super communicative with us before the wedding so she knew what was our vision. And it was truly a dream come true. Julie had helped the caterers set up almost everything! She worked with them to set up the ceremony (which was beautiful). She set up our archway and put down the decorations with the florist. Then she transferred our arch to the sweetheart table! There were so many details that she helped set up from our tablescapes to the audio guest book to the table and guest cards. She did it all! She also was super helpful and communicated with us on the timeline, helped organize our line-up for the ceremony, made sure we had food and drink during dinner, coordinated with our bus driver, and cleaned up everything at the end of the night for us to pick up in the morning. We would highly recommend Julie for anyone who needs a Day-of Coordinator!”

“2020 has been crazy for everyone. We originally had a big wedding planned in late August but COVID had other plans. So we decided to have a much smaller ceremony and Ryan was willing to help. We got ahold of him a week or so before and told him the basic plans, even though we had actually planned none of it, and he was more than willing to accommodate us. We started planning on a Monday and the wedding was on that Thursday and he didn't miss a beat and managed to be extremely helpful. The pictures we got were amazing in a lot of different ways. He took a lot of great photos of us getting ready before the ceremony. He was able to capture our intimate ceremony very well. He did all of the things we wanted and was also able to suggest a lot of great ideas to capture the day. He even managed to get some great candids when we were having fun and joking around before, during, and after the ceremony. Ryan Richardson was very professional and the pictures are amazing but more than that he was able to make us less stressed during a very short, high-stress planning period. Because of the reassurances and communication during the planning period, we knew that our pictures would come out great with Ryan.”

“After we toured 1620 Winery at Cordage Park, we immediately got in the car and said to each other that we should book it for our July 2023 Wedding. We have zero regrets! It was so beautiful and unique as a venue. We loved the convenience of everything being in one place- and so did our guests! We also loved that although it is primarily an inside venue (with air conditioning for a summer wedding!), there is a large outside deck for guests to enjoy. Logistics and planning were a dream. They are incredibly organized and prepared for anything. Jenn, the coordinator, clearly knows how to run a fantastic wedding and if anything went wrong behind the scenes, we have no idea! The wine was delicious and a fun talking point for guests. The food was hands down some of the best food we’ve had at a wedding (we loved going to the tasting ahead of time, too!) - our guests are still talking about how great the food was and how unique and fun the venue was. We love, love, loved getting married there and would suggest it to ANYONE looking to book with them. We are so happy with our decision to choose 1620 Winery at Cordage Park.”

“After one visit with Claudio at the Rotch Jones Duff House, my husband and I knew immediately that was the perfect spot for us to host our wedding. The Rose Garden was a stunning backdrop for our ceremony and the grounds provided plenty of space for our guests to eat, dance and celebrate. Claudio was so easy to work with, he was proactive in letting us know what he needed from us and provided so many tips and recommendations all throughout the planning process. The venue provided much of what we needed for the day, eliminating the need for excess rentals and even coming through a few times in a pinch with details we had accidentally overlooked. They were flexible in so many ways, accommodating all of our vendors and allowing for adjustments as we altered our guest list and changed our vision. Claudio answered every question, was quick to respond and provided invaluable insight for novice planners like us. On the day of the wedding, he was the silent star of the show; we had a day-of coordinator who was helpful and definitely necessary but it was Claudio who knew how to keep everything running exactly to plan and made the day feel completely seamless so I could focus on enjoying my time as a bride instead of stressing about the details of the day. Even our guests and bridal party loved him! From start to finish, working with the Rotch Jones Duff House was easily the best decision we made in planning our wedding. I can’t overstate how well worth the cost it was and how stress-free our experience with them has been. “Booking Keleigh Michelle Photography was one of the best decisions we made for our 4/27/24 wedding. I remember feeling so overwhelmed with all of the options for photographers. I had no idea what our style was, or what we should look for or prioritize in a photographer. After filling out a million inquiries, Keleigh’s responsiveness and thorough replies was what initially made her stand out to me. She asked the right questions and helped me land on a package that made the most sense for our wedding without pressuring me or upselling me on anything. Even up until the day before the wedding, Keleigh was able to accommodate details shifting without question. She brought Lindsey Morrissey as a second photographer who was also phenomenal. Leticia, Keleigh’s assistant, took some awesome BTS shots that are such a cool touch to have to look back at memories. On our wedding day, Keleigh commanded the room and got all of our portraits of us with wedding party/family done seemingly effortlessly right after our first look. I was anxious about getting all of these photos done and still having time to reset prior to walking down the aisle. Keleigh made the process so efficient that we finished with more than enough time to return to the bridal suite and hang out with our wedding party before lining up for the ceremony. We were able to sneak away for some more portraits after the ceremony, and had no doubt that we’d gotten all of the formal pictures we wanted in a timely manner while still being able to enjoy our day. Not even 24 hours after our wedding, we got over 50 sneak peeks from our gallery. We CANNOT get over how beautiful they are. We’ve had so many friends and family say that they are some of the best wedding photos they’ve ever seen. We are so thrilled to get our full gallery back and hang our photos in our house, build photo albums for family members, and look back fondly on our wedding day for years to come. “We knew going into wedding planning that we wanted a videographer, so we searched online and visited some wedding expos. We met Kristin at a wedding expo and met with her over Zoom a couple times during the wedding planning process. From the beginning, it was fun talking to her about her services, and it was clear that she was punctual, helpful, and professional! We loved her videos she had on her website. During our initial Zoom meeting, we had talked to Kristin about what we were looking for on our wedding day. We definitely wanted to capture the most important parts of the wedding, like the ceremony, portions of the family, wedding party and bride and groom photos, the reception entrances, our first dance, our parent dances, cake cutting, brides bouquet toss, etc. After our Zoom meeting, we knew she was the right fit for what we wanted on our wedding day and we decided to book her! A few weeks before the wedding, Kristin sent us a wedding questionnaire for our specific details about our day to make sure everything was perfect on her end. And on the wedding day, Kristin was awesome! She was able to capture all the special moments of the wedding, and she even got so much more that we were too busy to see the day of. She got some beautiful video of the dress and footage from the bridal prep, as well as a gorgeous shot of the wedding details with my dress in the background. It was a nice piece to see in our wedding video! In the reception space, she captured every detail from the sweetheart table, guest reception tables, guest book, memorial table, seating chart, gift and card table. During the Table Dash to get pictures with all of the guests, Kristin was running around with us to capture those moments! She got a ton of fun and hilarious footage of our guests dancing during the reception as well! We have watched the videos multiple times already, and we (well, especially my husband) can’t help but tear up seeing the beautiful footage and music of our special day. We received four videos: a trailer, a highlights video, a video of the ceremony, and a reception video. Right before the wedding, Kristin asked us for a list of music to use for our videos; we sent her a list of 10-15 songs to choose from, and she used our first dance song for our trailer and five songs for our highlights video. The drone footage, the slow motion effects, the black-and-white portions, and all the amazing editing make the videos all that much better. We received the Vimeo links to our videos just two and a half weeks after the wedding and couldn’t wait to watch them! When we received the USB of our trailer and highlights video, it came in a beautiful wooden keepsake box. After we watched the Vimeo links, we noticed we didn’t have any portions of Kayla and her dad doing air guitar to AC/DC. I emailed Kristin back asking if she could add a little bit of the footage, and she was able to add it right at the end of our reception video, which will be a nice memory for Kayla and her dad! “We couldn’t have made a better choice than EnVision as our venue for our 3 day and 550 guest Gujarati Indian traditional wedding. This particular venue was a perfect place to use not only as a venue but also as accommodation for many of our guests. The open concept building allowed them to freely mingle and attend events in a ballroom conveniently central to all the food, drinks and rooms. Christine, the Director of Catering Sales, was exceptional in contributing on her end in the wedding planning process. We appreciated the opportunity to meet in person with her several times throughout this period to touch base about all the details on the hotel’s end. She was very flexible, cooperative and understanding of our culture’s traditions and what they entailed. She truly did her best in ensuring we could do everything we wanted while also maintaining safety of all the guests, vendors and employees. Samantha from sales was also wonderful to work with. We had some bumps in the road while planning( but what couple doesnt) The day of the wedding already started rocky and very emotional, there was some communication errors and some other issues but we were able to work it out and the day ended amazing and how I wanted( besides it being a rainy summer) Thank you Nadia and team for being a big part of our special day!”

“I feel so lucky that my sister found Atlas & Stone as her photographers years ago and that I was able to book them for my big day as well! If you want to remember your wedding day and have the best pictures to look back on then you NEED to book Atlas & Stone! Jess is super responsive in helping book everything and Kevin was so incredible to work with on site! We had to reschedule our engagement shoot 3 times because of rain. Kevin had driven all the way to the location the first time and thankfully knew a rainy day was not what we were looking for and rescheduled, clearly putting our best interests first. Not only did our engagement pictures come out so beautifully, but the wedding photos he took made our jaws drop. Kevin made sure he captured every photo I was looking for from family portraits, to my inspiration couple pictures, and the big family photos. Kevin also surprised me with Polaroids at the end of the night of some of the best moments and a digital version of them the next day that I immediately had to post on Instagram because they were so good. I received a sneak preview of my wedding photos less than a week after the wedding day! I was surprised and thrilled with the quick turnaround of over 50 photos to look at while we were on our honeymoon. They captured the details, the smiles, and all the special moments of our big day. I am absolutely so thrilled with how everything came out. I cannot wait to put together a whole album of these photos and blow up the big moments into canvases for us and our family. They have great packages and are worth every single penny. I promise you will be in AMAZING hands if you book Atlas & Stone.”

“Christine was absolutely amazing to work with. She was so thorough and came up with the most detailed/perfect quote for us. She actually listened and pulled from all points of inspiration and showed multiple photos for comparison/so we could make choices. She really worked within our budget to make our wedding decor top tier. We had bouquets, boutonnières and corsages; 2 altar pieces & elevated greenery pieces for the pews. Our venue decor came out so cute with greenery for our seating chart and surrounding every lantern we had on our tables. She gave us ideas on where to re-use decor to save us some extra money. Texture Floral made our wedding so special and I would pick them again in a heartbeat.”
