Heidi's Events & Catering planned and catered our wedding at Creekside Inn, in Sedona. They did everything for us! Tables, chairs, linens, place settings, centerpieces, bartending, our tent...the list goes on. Not only was the planning process smooth and easy, but the wedding day was just perfect. We even had our own server making sure we had drinks and food throughout the night. We would highly recommend this company for any special occasion :)

Fresh From The Kitchen catering is a woman owned, chef driven, minority owned company offering full service catering for weddings, social, and corporate events. Emphasis on natural, high quality ingredients, ‘a taste of perfection!’ is the company motto and is the ideology behind the passion. We use minimally processed fresh food, USDA hormone and antibiotic free meats, locally sourced produce and goods when possible, and as much organic and always all natural ingredients too.

If you want your guests to walk away from your wedding raving about how much fun they had and the delicious food, then look no further than Fresh from the Kitchen! We worked with Noelle and her team to cater a cocktail hour and seated dinner for our 100 person wedding at the Desert Botanical Garden and could not be happier with how everything turned out. As soon as we reached out, Noelle and her team were so friendly and easy to work with. The tasting was easy to set up and was actually so much fun! We were able to go over our vision for the wedding and the many food allergies and considerations we wanted to accommodate. They took everything in stride and helped us come up with a delicious menu that met everyone's dietary needs and met our foodie vision! The filet was honestly one of the best we have ever had and we still talk about it today. When the big day came around, Noelle and her team checked in two weeks before to confirm the final guest count, adjusted the menu for final requests, met us in person for the venue walk through to go over the set up of everything (we got our rentals through them too—highly recommend!), and answer our final questions. Our actual wedding day went off without issue and everyone was raving about the food! In fact, one of our guests was so impressed, they ate the dinner of someone who couldn't make it at the last minute and said it was just as delicious! We truly cannot thank Noelle and her team enough for helping make our day so special. Make sure to book them to make your special day unforgettable—you won't regret it!

Our story began in New York City where we met. I (Brooklynn) was working as a culinary intern and my husband was finishing up his last year of school. We were constantly inspired by the different cuisines and flavors the city had to offer. So inspired, in fact, that when we moved to Arizona we were determined to bring with us our favorite staple from the city- pizza! We got creative, thought outside the box, and came up with a unique platform to make our pizzas. We took an old horse trailer and transformed it into a beautiful mobile pizzeria. Our philosophy on pizza is simple: authentic Italian ingredients served with elegance and grace.

We hired Maiolo Dough for our wedding rehearsal dinner at my parents house and their quality of food, service, set up, decor is TOP NOTCH. If you are looking for a caterer, look no further and book with them NOW! Brooklynn has created not just an incredible catering company but a stunning BRAND. She has put her heart and soul into every aspect of her pizza company, and it shows. Not only is her online/social media presence and mobile pizza oven *beautifully done* and perfectly themed but the quality of her food is literally BEYOND. We served Caesar salad (her buttery *home-made* croutons are what dreams are made of), pesto chicken pizza, pepperoni pizza and chocolate chip pizookies! I can honestly say that nearly every single guest at dinner made a point to mention to me that the Caesar salad and pepperoni pizza was the best pizza they have ever had. I have to brag that I found Brooklynn on Instagram in early 2020 when she was still developing and finishing her truck and I could just TELL that she HAD *IT*, and she sure does. I love Maiolo Dough for life and can’t wait to find a reason to hire them again!

I ordered Jar-Cuterie for my wedding. Sap N Honey not only did a great job creating the jars but was so pleasant to work with. The jars were beautiful and delicious! Would 10/10 recommend!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about SanTan, period! I was lucky enough to work with them for both my rehearsal dinner and my wedding and would choose them again in a heart beat. Having my wedding out of state and not being familiar with vendors in the area I was lucky enough to work with a venue (The Paseo - also 10/10 recommend), and have the option between SanTan and another awesome catering company. After corresponding via email we flew in for a tasting and everything about SanTan blew us away. I worked directly with Alexa, their catering director, and she was fantastic. She was incredibly organized and helped us work our way through the options, narrow down what we wanted to try and ultimately pick a menu that we knew we and our guests would love. She answered all of my questions, and there were a lot, and totally put me at ease! During the tasting we loved the food and the vibe of the brewery so much we even decided that it would be the perfect place for our rehearsal dinner! Again, the communication between us and everyone involved at SanTan made both nights flawless! All of my guests could not believe how on top of everything the servers and staff were, and how attentive they were to detail! I had a handful of guests with food allergies and dietary restrictions, and they did not miss a BEAT making sure that my guests were taken care of. As a bride, I can’t tell you how amazing it feels to not have to worry about food and service; because that was so important to me and my hubby! If you are getting married, or looking for someone to cater an event in the greater AZ area (don’t worry they actually make their own kitchen onsite which is insanely cool) you won’t go wrong picking SanTan :) if you’ve already found someone for your catering needs (bummer) at least stop by their brewery in Chandler for a beer and yummy food!

Since relocating from Atlanta, GA Jason has gained experience in kitchen consulting and new restaurant openings. After 25 years in the industry, He is now starting a new journey into the Private Chef sector. He refers to his style of cooking as Southern Creole cooking, where it’s much more than cooking…it’s about the overall experience.
