The Mane on Main is a private event space located at 201 East Main Street, on the 15th floor of the Chase Bank building in downtown Lexington. Founded in 2012, West Sixth Brewing is located in a 100 year old building called the Bread Box, historically used for the Rainbo Bread Factory, in Lexington, Kentucky. We brew, can and bottle our beer out of this location We pride ourselves on the craft beer we make and having a positive impact on the communities we're a part of. The Barrel Room is our private event space in the brewery that we use to store all of our barrels of wild and sour aged beers. It is a casual space, with tile floor, and walls, with seating for up to 75 people. Although it is unconditioned, usually is very comfortable in the winter. In the summer, however, it can get hot! But if you want an easy place to host a party, with the atmosphere of the brewery, that's the place to do it. This room is equipped with a private bar.

The Presley House is a fully renovated and restored 1842 wedding and event venue located in Warsaw, KY. The Horseman's Lounge seats 125 guests and features hardwood floors, vintage chandelier, large original fireplace, heat and A/C, prep kitchen, and an open catering policy. The Paddock - Accommodates 200 An outdoor ceremony and reception space. The Paddock accommodates up to 200 guests for ceremony or cocktail hour and up to 150 guests for a seated reception. The Paddock features a whimsical archway entrance, wishing well, scenic view of rolling pastures, bridal suites on-site, prep kitchen, and an open catering policy.

The West Sixth Farm is our 125 acre property off 127 in Franklin County. Here we have two venues: The Flat is a beautiful Kentucky farm wedding venue (holds up to 500 ppl) up at the top of the hill. We also have two canopies — one smaller and one larger covered structures with picnic tables, with the largest next to the taproom and the smaller one just a quick walk away in the shade - perfect for birthdays, friend gatherings, office parties, and more. The Taproom is only available for rent on weekdays that the Farm is closed to the public.
