“Overall we and everyone one of our guest enjoyed the cake, and cupcakes as nothing was left at the end of the night. The design was exactly what we wanted, and even had a little extra minor details. As far as communication, we reached out early and took a while for a response was told they would reach out closer to date. All communication went with both mine and fiances email addresses but they only responded to one. Missed the cut off day to respond and not get hit with a 300 rush fee due to that, even though we had booked a year in advance and only reduced the number of cupcakes from the original quote.”
