Hi. We are Geoff and Cindy, a husband and wife team of award winning photographers with a sense of humor and a kind heart. We are not your typical hobbyist turned pro. We both went to college for photography, both worked in a local camera store in sales and print lab, and trained while working for other well known photographers in the area. We're old enough (gulp) to live through the transition from film to digital, so we are well versed in proper exposure and lighting (we had to be before digital!).

Our goal, as wedding photographers, is to tell the story of your wedding. Not the story that’s been told a million times before through stale visual clichés, but a highly personal story that reveals the unique spirit of your day. Whether we’re shooting spontaneous, candid images or more thoughtful portraiture, the real you is going to shine through. No awkward posing, just real, genuine interaction and connection. Through your photos, we'll help you remember your day just the way you experienced it. In the end, it’s your day. I have no agenda other than ensuring your photo experience is one part of a perfect day.

My name is Ali Cushing, a NY-based photographer, working near and far, capturing life, love, and letting people be themselves. My goal first and foremost is contributing to you having a wonderful experience and getting to live in the moment by being first your friend, and second your photographer; making the photos about the day and not the day about the photos. I approach each opportunity with personalized care and whatever your photographic goals and day's plans, I’d love to be a part of and to document your story. All couples of all genders, ethnicities, ages, faiths, shapes and abilities, are more than welcome.

From our first interaction, Ali proved to be an exceptional wedding photographer. Their communication style was friendly, timely, detail-oriented, and flexible - she was like a fly on the wall on our wedding day, capturing all the special moments we didn't even realize were happening. The quality of her work was seamless, with a documentary style that beautifully documented every aspect of our day. Ali traveled a long distance to be with us, and was thorough in ensuring we had every single picture we wanted and more. We were thrilled to receive gorgeous sneak peeks just days after our wedding. Ali went above and beyond to make our special day perfect, and we couldn't recommend her more highly.

Arrae Photography

5.0

  • Classic style
  • Starts at $3,400
  • Serves Parma, OH for additional fees

My name is Amanda Montgomery and I am Arrae Photography based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan. The name Arrae (pronounced [uh-rey]) came from my first initial and my middle name, Rae, added an extra r and made a new word. I wanted something unique that was also me, the idea came to mind one day and it just fit. Being a photographer is all I've ever wanted to do with my life. When I was 12 I saved up my babysitting money to buy my first 'big time' camera. I formed Arrae Photography in 2003 as a part-time venture while I worked at local photo labs, went full time in 2008.

Awarded Best of Zola
Amanda and her partner did an AMAZING job capturing our August 2024 wedding. My husband and I were blown away when we saw our gallery. She is a joy to work with and I highly recommend Arrae Photography to any couple.

Hey there! Since you are trusting me to capture these special moments in your life, I figured you should probably know a bit about me, right? I am a Huntsville, Alabama native, but moved to Nashville after graduating from the University of Alabama in 2013. ROLL TIDE! Although I consider Nashville home, I am anything but a homebody. I love traveling and exploring new places (especially the food at those places!). I even studied abroad in Italy, which let me tell you, was a food lover's dream. I have always felt like an old soul trapped in a millennial’s body. I would rather listen to Frank Sinatra than anything on the radio today.

Awarded Best of Zola
Diana Marie Photography was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding day. From the very beginning, Diana's communication style was open, professional, and timely - she was always checking in to make sure our day was going as we had imagined. The quality of her work is truly exceptional, with a clean, timeless, and emotional style that captured all the special moments beautifully. Diana knows the importance behind wedding photos - they aren't just a social media dump, but rather the memories we'll cherish for years to come. She reminded us to take in the little things, and that thoughtfulness really shines through in the final product. We couldn't recommend Diana Marie Photography enough for any couple looking for a talented, dedicated photographer to document their big day.

  • Serves Parma, OH for additional fees

Arie T. Photography is a Black, queer, woman-owned wedding and portrait business capturing love stories across the U.S. and beyond. Whether you’re planning an intimate elopement or a grand celebration somewhere in the world, I’m here to document every moment with authenticity and heart. With a background in fine arts and experience photographing weddings nationwide, I specialize in candid, natural-light photography using an unposed, stress-free approach. Even if you think you’re awkward in front of the camera—challenge accepted! My goal is to help you feel comfortable, confident, and completely yourself.

Awarded Best of Zola
Our experience with Arie was truly more than we could have ever imagined! My fiancé and I were somewhat nervous before our engagement photos as we don’t feel the most natural in front of a camera. From the moment Arie started taking our pictures she made us feel comfortable, set an atmosphere of peace and calm, and gave us the instruction we needed while also being ourselves. She captured every vision I had and shared via my Pinterest board and took my input into account at all times. I felt heard and seen like Arie really cared about what we wanted and what made us feel our best. Arie was also really creative and didn’t hesitate to share her vision with us. I could not have wished for a better experience or a more personable photographer to make our engagement photos so special!

I am a photographer and artist from the Pacific Northwest with Costa Rican and Scottish roots. My favorite things are dinosaurs, exploring new cities, board games, soccer, National Parks, and whiskey. I have been fortunate to photograph 200+ weddings in my PNW home, to ruins in Scotland, cityscapes in Vietnam, to the beaches of Maui, and beyond! I live in Portland, Oregon with my two dogs and three cats | 🏳️‍🌈🦖⛰️✈️📸⚽🫶🏼🌈🌲🦕🏝 Fun Fact: I was born on Leap Year Day so I'm 9 years old 🥳!

I asked Leah to be my wedding photographer years before I even met my husband after seeing photos from different weddings I was apart of. Her work is phenomenal. This spring I got married and Leah was our photographer. THE PICTURES WERE PHENOMENAL!! I am still in awe of the beauty and magic Leah captured that day. What if your photos actually looked and felt like you? Picture yourself 10 years from now on your wedding anniversary looking back at your wedding album with tears welling up in your eyes as you relive your day. Your wedding should not feel like a performance. Let go of boring wedding traditions, think outside of the box and create something unique that has never been done before. Whatever the perfect day looks like for you, why shouldn’t that be your wedding day? I am more than your wedding photographer, I am your guide, biggest fan, and the curator of your love story, I will also be the one tearing up from behind my lens.

Awarded Best of Zola
Danielle went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I had the perfect wedding day. Within minutes of our first video call with Danielle, we were sure that she was the perfect fit for our special day. She has such a personal touch about her that really stood out to us immediately - she was so interested in getting to know us as a couple and as individuals. Continually throughout our wedding planning process, Danielle would check in with us to answer any questions we had, offer suggestions and advice when needed and discuss our visions for our wedding day. She brought all our wedding day visions to life through her photography and beyond that, she brought a calming, fun-loving and positive energy. She captured so many special memories on our wedding day - the raw emotion, the candid moments, the beautiful landscapes, the laughs and everything in between. By the end of the day, my husband and I, and our guests, felt like Danielle was apart of the family. When we got our sneak peak photos back, it was impossible for us to choose favorites because every photo is just incredible. I cannot say enough good things about Danielle. She is incredibly talented at what she does and she is such a kind and caring person. She exceeded our expectations in SO many ways and we are so thankful that we chose her to be apart of our wedding day.

Swoyer Photography

I love what I do. I found my way to professional photography in a roundabout way, having started my working career as a marine scientist and environmental educator in CA and then on Maui. After years immersed in the ocean and hundreds of hours spent underwater, I realized that I was happiest on days when I could adventure freely with a camera in hand. The drive to learn more and become a better photographer lead me back to school on the east coast, where I ended up finding a new dream career and a home and community that I love.

We first met Laura on a cold day in the middle of winter for our engagement photos. I mentioned snowshoeing up our family’s sleigh ride trail, and she came prepared with a smile on her face! Although it was cold, she was able to capture our warmth as a couple in so many ways. When it came to our wedding, Laura was extremely professional and dedicated to capturing all of the greatest moments of our special day. She made sure we had everything we needed throughout the day and all went so smoothly. The photos came out beautifully and we love reliving each moment through these wonderful photos and I know we will be cherishing them for the rest of our lives! We highly recommend using Laura for all sorts of photography, she is an amazing person!

Hey! I’m Emily, (and Kyle is my middle name, in case you were curious). I'm your cat loving, adventure chasing, ride or die friend and photographer on your wedding day and beyond. I am all about the relaxed and real, here to preserve your moments, not poses. I want you to relive the heartbeat and the happily unplanned of your wedding or elopement day with your future family, over and over, which is why your love will be exquisitely, candidly, and genuinely captured, leaving you actually having fun instead of holding a cheesy smile. I'm Detroit-based with roots in Baltimore, Maryland and LOVE to travel, so I'll go anywhere your love takes you.

Awarded Best of Zola
Emily was outstanding!! She's so friendly and very talented. With the package my husband and I picked, we got to spend time with her during our engagement session and also had a one on one meeting to go over our wedding day schedule. We really got to know her and genuinely enjoyed spending our wedding day with her. Even guests committed on how fun yet professional she was. We 100% recommend!!!!

When I was a kid all I wanted to be was a photographer (or a vet) and in 2019 o my husband gave me that opportunity. I left my corporate job to pursue my passion. I started a pet sitting business AND a photography business at the same time and I think it's safe to say that right now I am living the dream. I have three beautiful cats and a wonderful husband who supports me in whatever I do.

Aurora flew all the way from Nashville to Boston to photograph my wedding. She made sure to capture everything I asked for and paid attention to what I had wanted. The best part was receiving back the photos and gettin to relive the day all over again. Aurora really captured the emotion of the day and I am forever grateful to her.
