I started Megan Pontius Photography after I graduated Highschool in 2021. I didn't really get into couples photography until I got married in 2022. It wasn't until then that I really saw the different seasons in a relationship. Between the first date, to the 100th date, to getting engaged, stress of wedding planning, to the wedding day, and the days after that taking on life together. I'm here to make sure those moments are documented for you to look back on years later.

Hey there! I am Elizabeth, the owner & head photographer of Elizabeth Yanna Photography. I am a couples photographer located out of Coastal Virginia, but I am always up for adventure and travel to wherever your love grows. My editing style is considered "warm and moody" with a photojournalistic twist. You can expect prompts over poses and lots of movement and interaction with your partner, instead of stiff posing and "eye contact" with the camera. I have studied fine art photography long before I ever started taking portraits of other people and shooting weddings. Fine art photography was my beginning, creating conceptual and authentic art that spoke to me and told my story was what I started with and then I started blurring that line between fine art and documentary. I started documenting other people and their lives in the same way that I created my own work intended for shows and galleries. That is how I came to the style that I shoot now, still blending the two parts of my life.
