Our All Inclusive Reception packages include table linens, catering, a professional DJ/Emcee with dance floor lighting, set-up and post event cleaning. We can make awesome, easy and stress free. We also offer DIY Reception packages if you already have your vendors chosen.

We do this to allow access for all budgets - if you feel connected to the Havenstone & can't imagine your wedding anywhere else, we want to remove any obstacles. For pricing, you'll use our propriety system (the "Customizer") to build & compare multiple variations of your day to dial-in pricing - & then compare them to our "Everything Package" (absolutely everything for an entire day). We have multiple locations and flexible options for any kind of weather. We cater to low-stress, common sense, and reasonably priced weddings by having everything pre-decorated for you, you just need to provide your colors and personal items. We take care of set up and take down, provide all tables, chairs, linens, and we even offer a variety of misc. wedding items that you may borrow. Our space features over 100 year old trees, a beautiful pond, cows, and a grouping of apple trees. This bridal suite was designed by the owner's father, who is the 'artist' behind our name, and all of the paintings within the bridal suite were made by him. We work with an amazing tent company that can provide a covered reception, which is recommended.
