Kenny and her team were so helpful! They are professional, organized, kind and went above and beyond for us. We did day of coordination and Kenny jumped in about a month out, taking care of all vendor communications and creating a timeline for us. She kept everything running smoothly the morning of the wedding and made sure everything and everyone were where they needed to be. She set up the reception decor exactly as I had envisioned it. Also kept our timeline on track during the reception. Truly can’t imagine how we would’ve made it through the day without her!

Initially I intended to plan all of my wedding on my own - and in many ways I did. We were married at the Customs House in Portland, a venue that is a blankslate venue. As I neared the day however, I began to worry that there were aspects of the planning that I overlooked. I hired The Cosmos at their Month-of package level taking all of that worry out of the process. They took care of all of the things I did miss - called out that there was no plan for trash receptacles, revised the number of glasses rented, added bathroom attendants, adjusted the number of staff etc, but an unexpected element (and maybe the most important) is that they helped me to manage difficult family members. They figured out that this is where a lot of my stress was coming from. I was so grateful to their team for minimizing overall stress. I highly recommend!

She was so helpful and professional and made the final countdown of wedding planning and executing the day so easy and smooth. She created our wedding day timeline, helped with the rehearsal, coordinated with all our vendors, kept the day running on time (even early!), helped with set up at the venue, and cleaned up and organized during the day and at the end of the night among many more things! She also made sure we got to eat all the amazing food and had drinks when we needed/wanted them, she was always one step ahead of everything. Because we had Melinda's help I was incredibly relaxed and able to fully focus and be present on my wedding day and enjoy the day with my husband without thinking about any logistics or details. Melinda is so kind and easy to work with, our other vendors and folks involved in the wedding were all super grateful to have her help. She offered a partial wedding planner package that was perfect for where we were at that stage of planning. Our only regret was not booking her from the beginning!! Sabrina's services kept us organized and on track with everything we needed to do. She checked in with us every month leading up to the wedding and was always available for any calls or emails. Extremely responsive. She had so much knowledge and first hand experience with different vendors in the area that she made our lives sooo much easier in booking the remaining vendors we needed. She also put together our decor Inspo and she was SPOT ON! And she brought it to life the day of the wedding! Sabrina also handled our timelines which we would not have had the bandwidth to put together that last 1-2 months before the wedding as we were already stressed enough. Our biggest ask to Sabrina was not to have to worry about anything the day of the wedding and Sabrina team delivered on that request! Moral of the story, BOOK DEFINED LUXE EVENTS!

Yvonne did an incredible job as month of coordinator for my wedding! I can't recommend enough that you hire Unique Melody for your event! I was initially very nervous to hand over my wedding to her as I had spent SO many hours on all the details but I'm SO glad that I did. She executed it with such attention to detail. I mean she was even replacing candlesticks as they were burning out! It was so helpful having her there to navigate the ceremony rehearsal the prior day and then making a weather call the day of. Her and her team worked SO hard to make all my wedding dreams come true. Whenever an issue came up they were very quick to fix it. She was extremely adaptable and no problem was too big for them to solve. My seating assignment were hand written cards that they had to so meticulously hang each card with lots of different adhesives. They kept us on a tight timeline even though all the speeches were WAY longer than they were planned to be. I'm so grateful for her an her team and she is such a pleasure to work with. She helped make all our vendors successful, (e.g., by assembling a design book and bringing samples of rental linens to the florist, ensuring that the band had the necessary lighting, generator, prep space, etc.) I could go on and on. She didn't insist on anything ("No hair & make-up? No problem!") but offered sound advice when she knew an element was essential. The wedding was at a large family property in a small village and involved the complexity of creating the "venue" from scratch. She made the planning process manageable and the wedding weekend a joy. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Kate Jubboori.

She's fun and a joy to work with but she's also no-nonsense and will help you identify what you can cut from your budget or what is unreasonable from a vendor, and her knowledge of the ins and outs of the wedding industry is invaluable. She kept us on track with planning and helped us with decisions I wouldn't even have known to make on my own. All throughout she helped us remain joyful and excited about the process and she was endlessly patient with us. Bethany and her team helped execute our dream wedding. It was so gorgeous and perfect thanks to them. I know this must have been a massive behind the scenes effort (particularly given that it started pouring right before the ceremony!) but we never felt the stress. The work Bethany put in allowed us to just enjoy the entire incredible event. We were just so impressed with Bethany throughout the whole process. Hiring her was the best decision we made!

My now husband & I hired Annastacia in 2024 to plan our medium-sized unique (and untraditional!) island wedding in Maine. We couldn't have found a better fit for the job and feel very lucky that our friend referred her to us. For about 70% of the wedding planning itself, my husband and I lived far away from where our wedding in Maine would actually be, but Annastacia was unfazed by the physical distance. We met remotely and she continued to never miss a beat in our correspondences, leading up to the day itself. We liked her so much during the planning process, that we eventually asked her to help us with our shared bachelorette party AND the after wedding brunch as well, because she was so capable and efficient! She took the stress right out of our hands, and took on more than we ever imagined. Having Jen take care of those final vendor engagements, confirming details, organizing setup timing, and ensuring everything was in place, was a huge relief. Thanks to Jen, we could relax, stay off email, and avoid the stress of chasing down hard-to-reach vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Jen was present from the start of setup through the very last moments of the wedding. Her ability to quickly adapt was remarkable; for instance, when the florist arrived with a larger-than-expected chuppah, she seamlessly adjusted the room layout, making it even better than originally planned. When the cake wasn’t prepped on time for pick-up (completely out of our control!), Jen calmly coordinated its delivery directly to the venue. Jen’s attention to detail and anticipation of needs were exceptional. For example, I had planned an outfit change, and when the time came, everything was ready: my dress was out of the garment bag, my shoes were unboxed, and it was all set up for a seamless transition. She even labeled waters for us and our officiants, ensuring we're taken care of without a second thought. We trusted Jen implicitly - she even brought my wedding dress back home with our keys. Her professionalism, calm demeanor, and thoughtful care made all the difference on our wedding day. We’d recommend Jen again and again!

Her background in planning events started in the nonprofit industry in 2004, when she was responsible for coordinating the annual Shake it for Shelter fundraising event at COMPASS for Kids for several years. At Cradles to Crayons, Sarah oversaw all of the organization's signature events, including the 700-person annual Backpack-a-thon and the largest fundraiser of the year, the "Un-Gala". Sarah also worked at Facing History and Ourselves, where she planned their annual 900-person benefit dinner and advised their ten company offices on event strategy and execution.

Anna was a joy to work with from start to finish! She listened and understood our vision and made it happen! Our venue at home required creating a venue from the ground up and she executed that perfectly. She was so helpful in suggesting vendors that "fit" with us and our style and it worked. When our wedding day called for unprecedented rain on our outdoor ceremony and reception she was relaxed and in turn kept us all relaxed. She went above and beyond in creating a perfect day for us and we could not have done it without her. Despite the rain and wind, our guests are still talking about our wedding day as the best wedding they have ever attended and we have Anna to thank for that.
