“Blend is incredible in so many ways. First off, the food they make is so good. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the passed appetizers, the 48-hour short rib, citrus salmon, and the smashed potatoes. But not only was the food tasty, they accommodated the fact that the bride, the mother of the groom, and a bridesmaid all have celiac by making the entire menu gluten free without compromising on flavor and texture. And then the late night snack — just wow. Gluten free truffle grilled cheese and homemade passion fruit donuts. I honestly can’t imagine the food at our wedding being any better. We did buffet style for dinner since we were on a bit of a budget and it was very reasonable. If you have the chance to work with Blend in the Tahoe area, DO IT! You won’t regret it.”
