We are a non-profit family-oriented society preserving and celebrating its German heritage since 1954. We offer venue rentals to the public including two indoor spaces and a covered pavilion. We offer catering, bar and decor services.

What was once a farm in a rural part of Northern Kentucky in 1929, Summit Hills Country Club has been transformed into a vast private country club in the heart of Greater Cincinnati. When you plan your wedding with us you gain access to our curated inventory to build your centerpieces and other décor at no additional charge! Our team does all of the set-up of tables + chairs including tear down. All we ask is that you gather your personal belongings. Our Vintage Warehouse + Barn Built by The Ohio Farm Bureau to house grain and farm materials in the early 1960's. This historic warehouse is located on 3-acres complete with string lights + French inspired chandeliers.

Tucked just beyond a private meandering lane, one will be taken back in time to our Old-World Tuscan, open-air Pavilion. Thoughtfully positioned on a 17-acre Nature Preserve, Cedar Springs Pavilion offers a panoramic view of Ohio’s nature. Please contact us on our website or email us directly. We first used our barn for our daughter's wedding because she wanted to have her magical day in the barn and backyard she grew up in. During our wedding, guests kept telling us "what a great idea to use this for a wedding". We had our first Big Barn Venue wedding in 2018 and we continued to book more dates throughout the wedding season. Our barn does not have heating or air so we cannot accommodate much farther outside of the months of June - October. Our brides, grooms, family and friends that have visited the barn for a wedding have truly enjoyed the country scenery we offer and also the amount of space the wedding has to use for a reception and ceremony. Photographers love the fields and they enjoy using almost all of the 200 acres for beautiful photos and videos.

This is a working farm, with many animals. We have a mix of very old (log house and tobacco barn) with a new kitchen area and restrooms, on public water and sewer. The unique and picturesque country setting is just 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. There is a circa 1800’s barn with exposed post and beam construction, a historic log cabin, a newly constructed Sugar Shack with modern men’s and women’s restrooms, a kitchen, a bar area and a small dining hall. The beautiful large lawn areas are adjacent to the buildings and are appropriate for use as an outdoor ceremony site. We even have a portable white wedding arbor ready to decorate.
