1766 Fort is a 2400 sq space located in Lincoln Park, MI available for your event needs. We are one of the few rental spaces in the area with everything you need to make your event happen. We have multiple packages to choose from and offer catering in select packages. It is guaranteed to exceed your expectations and impress your guests. The Guardian Building opened in 1929 as the Union Trust Building. This 486 feet, 40-floor building is made of almost 2 million custom “Guardian Bricks” and is sure to leave a lasting impression on everyone that attends your event. The amazing five-story Michigan Mural was created by Ezra Winter, and the Tiffany Clock provides a great background for photo opportunities on the Promenade.

Lafayette Greens is a green space and urban garden in the heart of downtown Detroit, next door to the famous Coney Islands and across the street from the fabulous Westin Book Cadillac Hotel. The award-winning garden, created by Kenneth Weikal Landscape Architecture, was donated to The Greening of Detroit by Compuware in 2014 and is a place of beauty. A certified pollinator garden, focused on growing plants for butterflies, native and honey bees and birds, your ceremony could take place amongst the fluttering of butterflies, chirping of birds and happy hum of bees.

The Corner Ballpark, also known as the "Willie Horton Field of Dreams at The Corner Ballpark", is a multi-purpose sports stadium located in the Corktown neighborhood of Detroit. Built on the former site of Tiger Stadium the indoor opened in 2018 and is the home of the Detroit Police Athletic League. Our banquet facility is available for all kinds of events!
