Formed in the Washington area, Veronneau quickly gained widespread recognition for their live shows – the recognition became international with the release of their debut album Joie de Vivre – Joy of Living, released in 2011. The album went to #9 in the Jazzweek World Music chart and had extensive radio play throughout the US and Europe, leading to shows in the UK, where the band performed live on BBC Radio, and in Canada. La Mer,the 1930’s French song from the album, has become a major hit on internet radio and Youtube where it has garnered over 30,000 views.

Aaron is a high end DJ who has worked all over the DC and Northern Virginia area. He began to DJ in 1995, performing at countless clubs and bars in Atlanta to help support his music career as a bass player. Aaron’s love of music began in high school playing bass in jazz band.

A native to the Washington DC suburbs, his musical palate is as eclectic as the community that he proudly calls home. His sets range anything from Top 40 and House to Latin Dance & Hip-Hop. In his words, “it’s all about getting the perfect reaction. There’s nothing better than dropping the perfect track at the perfect time to not only watch but feel the joyful excitement of whoever’s on your dance floor. Nickoli Andrews is I&I Riddim’s dynamic lead vocalist. This spirited singer’s love for music is rooted in Kingston Jamaica where he was born, and in Westmoreland where he was raised. Nickoli is known for his passionate high energy performances. He is a true entertainer and composer who excites and electrifies his audiences with tunes from a variety of music genres, but his true love is rockin’ the reggae.

The Archives began when Thievery Corporation’s Eric Hilton began a quest to explore the roots of reggae music. Led by producer/ keyboard ace Darryl “D-Trane” Burke, all members have recorded and toured internationally with acts like Eek-A-Mouse, Black Uhuru, Culture, Don Carlos and more,” Burke explains. “We weave together the best of foundation reggae roots, rock steady, early dub and dancehall influences.

With a father who loves Miles Davis and a mother who adores Smokey Robinson, Cecily grew up surrounded by the music in her parents vast record collection, and was captivated by the works of Minnie Riperton, Gil Scott-Heron, Anita Baker, and Phyllis Hyman. After college, Cecily looked to these rich, soulful sounds from her childhood, and channeled them into her own music. Known for her sweet soprano, honest lyrics and pure vocals, Cecily brings her own vulnerability to each song, telling her story, and hopes that, at the end, the audience feels vulnerable enough to tell their own stories.

At the request of the U.S. Department of State, Big Hillbilly Bluegrass has toured Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Tajikistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan and the Dominican Republic over the past several years, thus crowning Big Hillbilly Bluegrass as America’s defacto Bluegrass Ambassadors.

The Satin Doll Trio is an elegant ensemble that performs in the intimate "supper club" jazz style made popular by artists such as Julie London, Sarah Vaughan, and Peggy Lee during the early 1950's. They have appeared on the stages of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, the Corcoran Gallery’s Armand Hammer Auditorium, and have made television appearances on the BET Jazz channel programs "Jazz Central" and "Impressions". The group makes regular appearances at prestigious venues throughout the Washington D.C. area and Eastern United States.

Élan Noelle is an exceptional singer with a crowd pleasing repertoire consisting of Jazz standards, RnB, Soul and Pop hits from today and yesteryear. Her vocals are accompanied by guitar or piano and together this acoustic duo presents an enticing musical performance. Cristian Perez’s quintet (which consists of guitar, bass, drums, flute and bandoneon) is a hybrid group melding elements of a chamber ensemble, a jazz combo, and a world music band. Guitarist Tyler Fitzpatrick first fell in love with the guitar at age twelve. Though he spent time teaching himself, Tyler has been fortunate to study with many of the best teachers available. After developing a solid foundation with Roger, Tyler began studying with Damon Foreman in order to pursue Jazz. While studying Jazz, Tyler has also been able to work with Jeff Antoniak; Steve Rochinski, head of Berklee’s harmony department; Kenny Rittenhouse; Mike Pope, and many others.

Grant Kuhnsman, who performs as DJ ARIA, is a critically acclaimed, award-winning DJ from Washington, DC. He began creating mixtapes and curating his music collection at a young age. Since then he has sharpened his skills and proven himself as a bona fide Open Format DJ that has performed at numerous venues across DC, Maryland, and Virginia (The DMV) logging over 500 wedding receptions, corporate events and private parties in his career.

Meredith Seidel has become one of the most sought-after performing artists in the greater Washington-Baltimore region.
