My name is Marrell Battle and I hail from Colorado My background is in radio/'television and I'm a Viet Nam service veteran with a passion for music. My musical career began in my fathers church choir which led to a singing career with several bands from the 70's era. During the last 35 years I've been an on air personality throughout the Caribbean and in the U.S. My musical taste is very eclectic with musical knowledge that extends from the 40's to today. I have been in the entertainment business for almost 20 years. I have always had a passion for music, and chose DJ’ing as a career because I get to share in the joy and fun of countless people! I have had the honor of receiving several awards recognizing my talents and contributions to local music. In 2015, I was named “Best DJ” in the Pittsburgh Underground Music Awards, and in 2017 and 2019, I earned the first place title of “Best DJ” from the Pittsburgh City Paper competition.
