“Our wedding was very hectic to say the least. Rabab showed up earlier than expected and not only took pictures but also helped with set up at our wedding (something that was not required at all). She really came to the rescue in making sure things ran as smoothly as possible. Her assistant also extremely helpful! The photos she took captured the look that we were going for! “Our experience with Ashlyn and Sea and Shea was amazing from start to finish! Ashlyn from the booking process through delivery of our edited wedding photos has been a joy to work with. Our time has been so great with Ashlyn and her fun and bubbly personality really keeps the long days of photos light and carefree. We were kind of against doing engagement photos but after a couple of hours running around downtown Charleston and really getting to know her and feel more comfortable in front of the camera it did help tremendously on wedding day. Also, our engagement photos turned out AMAZING! Day of wedding, Ashlyn and her team were professional and on top of it. She got all the shots I wanted and more and our end result photos could not have turned out more perfect :) we are still in awe at the results. They communicated promptly and provided comprehensive details well in advance of the day to ensure everything was coordinated. Tori also made the process of choosing music so easy. Other than our song for walking down the aisle, we didn’t have strong preferences. Tori got to know our personalities and preferences and made music choices for us that fit the mood of our gathering and ceremony perfectly! We heard some samples of the music during our planning session and were already touched and tearing up. Working with Tori was truly one of the least stressful parts of planning the wedding and we never had to worry about music in the ceremony. We also cried when they sent us the special recording of their arrangement of Ben Platt’s “So Will I” that we loved for walking down the aisle. It was so special to have personalized and unique music arranged for our day, and a commemorative recording we can listen to forever. We cannot recommend Tori highly enough! “I chose Hailey from the moment we had our initial call to talk through her services. She listened so well to our wedding vision & asked thoughtful questions. We were forgoing a wedding coordinator & other “extras.” Hailey was still excited to take us on as clients which some photographers would not have. I was ready to confirm during the call with how supportive and excited she sounded about our day. From this call, she sent over her proposal for cost & information very quickly. She was responsive via text & email to any questions we had. Closer to the date, she sent over a questionnaire so she could be prepared with the photos we wanted. It also included tips & guidance on making sure the experience is smooth. This was super helpful. During the wedding, I was blown away by her and her second shooter. She was decisive when we needed someone to make a decision, supportive to me as a bride, went above and beyond to handle any last minute changes or hiccups with grace. My husband and I had never had professional photos taken. She made it sooo easy and fun! The photos are sooo creative and I continue to pinch myself that they are ours! Wow! Here’s where she deserves to be shouted from the rooftops: We scheduled a hike we wanted photographed to a waterfall on site at the venue (our venue at Hawkesdene in NC lodges all guests for 2 nights). The venue shared it was 1 mile in/out and not difficult. Well it HAILED the night before and rained all night so the path was flooded and muddy. We had to decide to forge ahead or cancel. She without hesitation was ready to forge ahead, ruining her shoes, to ensure we could still have our hike documented with our guests. She encouraged me along the way and I am so grateful because the photos are just incredible. Anyone would be truly lucky to have Hailey capture their wedding. This review doesn’t do her or her skills justice. I will forever cheer her on & can’t wait to find an opportunity to work with her again in the future.”

“Katie was a breeze to work with! I am not big on real flowers and wanted something that would represent my husband and I. Her prices are comparable to real flowers and are even more lovely! I love that her flower designs mimic real flowers and that foliage was an option. She took the care to make sure I had what I wanted and sent me multiple pictures during the process and of the finished result before we picked them up for the wedding. “Stephen James Films made the best wedding videos we could have imagined and we are so happy that we have the videos to last for the rest of our lives! We initially did not plan to hire a videographer for our wedding and I'm so happy we changed that mindset! We had conveniently met them at another wedding, just a few months prior while my husband was fascinated by their drone. We instantly connected and started chatting about the what if they came to our wedding. After seeing some of their previous videos, we knew we needed to have them come. Throughout planning, we kept them in the loop and got to know them more as we finalized the plans. Stephen and Rosie travel throughout the country and included a date night video in our package which we got to know them further and spend some fun time outside of wedding talk with them. “I cannot sing Single Story Films praises enough!! They are absolutely incredible at their craft and just down right amazing people to work with. Wil and his wife are so kind and encouraging and professional. They stuck by our side as we had to navigate a wedding during a pandemic year. They never left our side. They remained professional and safe and gave us their absolute best! Even on our reception day (separate from our wedding day due to COVID-19), an absolute monsoon fell right before our outdoor reception was about to begin. I was a little (a lot) overwhelmed and Wil just walked in with a huge smile and said to me “It’s going to be absolutely beautiful, don’t you worry”.
