Nestled in the Santa Cruz mountains, yet easily accessible, River House is a blend of rustic hideaway and country estate. One of the most beautiful aspects of the property is the wisteria covered arbor that leads the bridal party to the wooden gazebo overlooking San Lorenzo River. 14000 square feet of lawn easily accommodates up to 250 guests. a large aggregate patio serves as the cocktail area. A Redwood grove is available for the ceremony or a small cocktail hour. Flower-lined paths encircle the property. Catering station and bridal cottage included. A 3500 square foot barn has just been completed and is an absolutely stunning addition to the property . The Rustic/Industrial barn is furnished with custom lighting and windmill fans. OVY Camp and Event Center is a 501c3 non-profit. Each year, we open most weekends between January-May & August-December for events like weddings. Unfortunately, we do not host any weddings June - mid-August since we host our non-profit summer camp programs during that time. All rental fees help OVY Camp bring youth to summer camp that otherwise wouldn't have the opportunity!

Pie Ranch is a 27.5-acre farm that serves youth and our community through educational programming, community events, and partnerships with the Amah Mutsun Land Trust as well as other land-based organizations. We are located on the ancestral homelands of the Quiroste peoples, of whom there are no living descendants, and we partner with the Amah Mutsun Tribal Band. A stunning coastal venue for a farm wedding, Pie Ranch offers an events barn, a large meadow, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and redwood classroom.
