When i was young, my dream was to be a filmmaker and musician. The art of visual storytelling was captivating to me. When the right image, message, and music collide, it’s pure magic. After high school i moved across the country to pursue a music career. 4 albums, 13 countries, and 100’s of shows later i found myself wanting to be behind the camera, rather than in front. Filmmaking gave me the chance to express myself, while capturing once in a lifetime moments. I had once again fallen in love with storytelling. It’s never JUST a photo or video clip. It’s real people, real emotion, seen through a perspective that otherwise wouldn’t exist.

My grandpa was always filming every family interaction and had a 500 title dvd collection, so that left a big impression on me. I was the kid who grouped up my friends and coordinated lightsaber battles in the front yard; later editing in FX frame by frame. While in film school I used to film in dance clubs, making music videos of clubbers having a good time. This helped develop my style and created the foundation of what I do today! After graduating from Parson's School of Art in Manhattan, I worked as a fine artist, my work involved photography and photo manipulation. I quickly discovered that I loved and excelled at photo retouching, and went on to work for some of the best photo retouching studios in New York. In 2009 I shot my first wedding, it was a dear friend of mine and the beautiful photos were featured in one of the biggest wedding magazines. I realized that I had found my calling and have been producing stunning wedding photographs with my amazing team and clients ever since.

Photography has become my creative outlet, especially when I got out of the Navy and needed it most. I fell in love with the entire process from getting to know the couples to editing the images.
