Tables and chairs are included. All else must be provided through rental services and catering. We have one security person who will be on site throughout your event. Oak Knolls Manor was built in 1906 and is a preserved Wells Barn in Western New York. We host only ONE event a weekend which allows our clients the opportunity to slow down, have time to set up, and enjoy family and friends. The rural location really creates a destination wedding feel. The venue features our silos with propane fire pits and outdoor furniture to relax and take in the views. The silos are also a great spot for a cigar bar. Equipped with two large decks on either side of the venue, one is covered and remains completely waterproof even when the weather doesn't cooperate. The other overlooks the Genesee Valley where there is plenty of open space to see for miles. We have tables and padded fruitwood chairs to accommodate up to 250 guests. Including 8 farm tables, 20 rectangular tables, and 10 rounds. We also have durable padded ceremony chairs and two wood stained arbors to choose from along with ceremony coordination services. All included with venue and ceremony costs.

At Twin Silos we only do one wedding on a weekend to provide each couple the time and attention they deserve for their special event. The barn and grounds rental generally runs from Friday at 10:00am thru Sunday 1:00pm. This provides ample time for decorating, rehearsal, on-site wedding and the reception. The reception area includes heat and air conditioning, separate women's & men's bathrooms both with multiple stalls and a separate ADA compliant bathroom. Also included are tables and white chairs for the ceremony and reception. We offer a cake display area, amber up lighting into the rafters and all lights can be dimmed. The outside area offers a 10' x 30' front stone patio and an attached 20' x 70' covered deck. Both of these entrances are wheelchair accessible. If you are looking for the rustic country atmosphere with refined elegance for your wedding day then let The Barn at Glistening Pond host your special day. This historic barn is privately located, nestled on 215 acres with breathtaking views of the Endless Mountains in Northeastern Pennsylvania, and has been family-owned and run for three generations.

The Brewster Inn is a fine dining establishment with several different dining rooms to accommodate both small and large parties. We are able to host private functions ranging from 20 – 50 people and wedding receptions up to 180 people. We also have 17 beautifully appointed guest rooms, five of which have breath-taking views of the lake. Our brick terrace with a seasonal awning overlooks the spacious lawn down to the lakefront and is a perfect setting for dining and dancing. For your convenience we have created two wedding options – sit down and food stations, each of which is based on a four-hour reception. In-season, weddings are held primarily on Saturdays. We offer afternoon weddings from 1-5pm. There are some exceptions during the off-season for smaller more intimate receptions.

The Chetremon is available year-round to allow you to celebrate in whichever season is best for your vision. With a beautiful outdoor patio to allow for your ceremony, as well as our lovely landscaped grounds, our venue holds appeal to both rustic and modern chic enthusiasts.

The Cathedral Room is a former Gothic Church re-purposed for special events! It is the perfect venue for weddings, receptions, and large parties. For smaller gatherings, we suggest The Gathering Room a warm and welcoming space located at the same location
