I started my career going to events with my father, also a DJ, in the 1980s. While spending countless hours being an assistant DJ, I realized that I had found my calling in this world. Over the years providing entertainment to nightclubs, colleges, weddings, corporate events, etc., I gained a wide variety of experience dealing with groups of all ages. Our events average around four hours, usually only ending because of facility limitations or exhaustion from dancing all night. Tara has been a long time flower lover and plant geek. Growing up she was a rambunctious toddler and decided to get a head start in the horticulture industry by eating her mothers house plants. This mostly resulted in the poison control center being called repeatedly, but also instilled in her the love of all things "green and growing". She has had her hands in the dirt and been playing with flowers her whole life. With an art background in her family, florals became her artistic expression.

Mill Creek Falls Retreat LLC began as Camp Donegal. A church camp owned by the Donegal Presbytery. They sold it to Alex and Amy Kauffman who sold it to the Lancaster Conservancy who subdivided it, took the woodland and preserved it for future generations to enjoy and sold off 32 acres and the Campground to Ronnie & Kelly Miller who own it today. I have been around flowers my entire life and have always had a love and passion for putting different types of flowers together to create unique designs. Much of my learning started in my grandmother’s flower gardens many years ago.
