I’m a music-loving, art nerd located near Detroit, Michigan. I’m sure if we were to meet in person it would be over coffee, hell maybe (hopefully) even a joint. I’ve been in love with art and anything weird since I was a kid and I still try to weave that child-like vulnerability into my art. I feel incredibly grateful I get to do something I love everyday. As a kid, I asked for a camera for every Christmas and birthday, and finally got a Canon Rebel T3i in 2010 - my Sophomore year of high school. That baby was my prized possession and I rarely left the house without it. I became the yearbook photographer and editor that year and began taking photography classes my Junior year. I ventured off to Central Michigan University in an attempt of becoming a photojournalist. Once I realized journalism wasn't for me, I dropped out and headed back to my hometown of Kalamazoo, which ended up with my finding my sidekick and husband, Micah!

I love being outside, cuddling with my doggy, and binge watching Friday Night Lights (over & over again). I also have a huge obsession with white cheddar popcorn – YUM! We are a REAL couple who met at one of the best photography schools in the nation where we earned additional degrees in Professional Photography: Jenny with her MFA (like PhD) in Fine Art Photography and Jason with his BFA in Commercial Photography. We've been in business for nearly 12 years and now have our studio, Consultation Office, & editing office all in South Bend, Indiana (Jenny's hometown where we now reside).
