I've been filming and photographing weddings since 2009. I'm also a musician and I help craft most of the music in the wedding films I create. I love working with couples that have unique personalities and styles. My work resonates the most with who it's made for, and I always keep that audience in mind.

I can't express how grateful we are for our incredible wedding videographer, Steven! He was not only incredibly talented but also the sweetest person to work with. His professionalism and attention to detail were evident in every shot he took.  He beautifully captured all the special moments of our day, and finding someone who could provide high-quality video, drone footage, and 8mm film was a dream come true. When I finally stumbled upon this gem from Virginia, I knew I had found my guy! And I felt compelled to write this review even before receiving our final video because of how much we enjoyed working with Steven and his colleague! We are the DeReamers. An Alaska based filmmaking couple who have been filming weddings together for 6 years. We love documenting stories of adventurous couples on one of the most exciting days of their lives. While we're not "on set" you can find us exploring Alaska's wild landscapes with cameras in hand.

For us, we were on the fence about doing a wedding video because we just didn't know if it was necessary and we were trying to stay within a smaller budget. All I can say is... A Beautiful Union

My name is Gage Horne, the owner of Gage Horne Studios. I started my company in 2019 (officially) but have been doing video work starting at the age of 11. It started as gaming videos uploaded to YouTube, to shooting professional dance films in college, to starting my own Video Production Service. I found true passion in my work when I realized how important wedding videos are. I had already shot 100+ films before my wedding but realized as a consumer how valuable it is. I love what I do and finding intriguing/interesting ways to display those pieces is what keeps me creative and constantly making my films better.

My husband and I had our wedding in Idaho back on October 15th, 2022. We hired Gage Horne Studios, and I’m super glad we did. One of the logistic problems was that we live in Alaska, so there wasn’t really any way to meet him beforehand. He took that in stride and was extremely responsive when I talked to him over email.
It was not Gage himself that shot our wedding, but the guy that came (sorry, I cannot remember his name lol) was extremely nice and friendly. I will also give him props because he had to compete for shots against 2 photographers, and he did amazing.
The turn around was extremely fast, as someone who is horrible at having patience. He also gave a one minute highlight reel, that basically acted like a  sneak peek/teaser, and I was in love. My venue (Sunnyside Farms) was absolutely gorgeous and I’m so thankful he offered drone footage of it.
Lastly, every bit of inspo I gave to him, he made sure to do. ALL OF IT! I asked him to interview my loved ones attending and ask them for marriage advice, and that is my absolute favorite part of the video. I get to look back on this sentimental video for years to come, and see my favorite people wishing my husband and I the best. One day they will be gone, and that’s all I’ll have left, so I’m really glad to have hired Horne Studios for my big day.

Hi I'm Andrew! I first started filming weddings when my sister got married in 2017. I quickly fell in love with the entire process and getting to know all the couples and their guests. Maybe I'm just a hopeless romantic haha (My guilty pleasure is Hallmark movies, once I walk in the room with it on I have to see how it ends!).

We used Andrew for our Joshua Tree wedding in September 2020. Like many covid weddings it was very stressful. Andrew was very reliable and put us at ease. We absolutely love our video. He did a wonderful job of capturing the day and all the important memories. Would highly recommend!!

We can’t say enough great things about Warren and his team! We met imagery.life at a bridal expo and immediately fell in love with their work and also Warren and his staff! They were all so friendly. On your wedding day, it is one of the most important days of your life. You spend time thinking about who you want in your bridal party, who you want invited to your wedding, because you want to be surrounded by people who care about you. Same thing goes with vendors but specifically your photo/ video team! For most people, there are two vendors that are going to be with you from early in the morning to late at night. Those two vendors being arguably the two most important vendors in our opinion your photo and video team and your makeup team. Your makeup team is going to make you look and feel beautiful on your wedding day and your photo and video team is going to capture those pictures of your special day to look back on for years to come! You want to have a team that is going to help you and care about you and your spouse making sure you have the best day! And that’s exactly what imagery. Life is all about! Warren didn’t hesitate to help us with reviewing our timeline for the day to make sure it ran smoothly! 

The week leading up to our wedding, it was not supposed to rain but as it got closer, it was calling for rain. Warren and his team remained cool and were able to go with the flow. In preparation for the possible rain during the 30 mins of our ceremony that we wanted outdoor, Warren and his team took advantage of the weather before it rained and made sure to get outdoor pictures of the venue.

They did a great job at blending into the crowd when taking photos during the ceremony. Warren and his team didn’t miss a moment to capture a photo! During cocktail hour, the rain had stopped so Warren made sure we got outside to get our pictures outside that we were unable to get before the ceremony due to the rain. 

There’s no doubt that Warren and his team care about their couples and truly care about what they do. It’s not just a “job” to them, it’s their life. (Hence their name). Warren and his team did a great job at interacting with the guests and getting photos of our guests ! 

We will definitely use them in the future and you would be making a mistake if you didn’t pick them for your wedding day!!

Exceptional videographer. He did our wedding in Napa and I loved how he imbues so much motion in all of his videos. Although we ordered a short 7 minute video, he went above and beyond and did a fantastic 15 minute video of our day.  The drone shots were also gorgeous for our vineyard wedding.
