“I found XtremeGlam through my venue's preferred vendors list, they came highly recommended by the venue owner at GOWM, who had seen Vanessa's work multiple times at events at the venue. So I was already comfortable working with them as my beauty team for my big day.
Working with this team was a pleasure and they were accommodating every step of the way. Dee was easy to communicate with, was upfront about what the process would entail, and went out of her way to help me find touch-up products since I wanted to have cruelty-free and Vegan products to keep on hand for touch-ups.
Much like every bride, you go in thinking you want one thing- and it turns out you change your mind because what you thought would work for you didn't. No to any fault of the artist at all, you have to work with what you have and not go against that.
I wanted to highlight this because, after my hair trial, I was concerned about how everything would turn out. I took the time to address my concerns with Vanessa on wedding day and she understood EXACTLY what I wanted instead. She did a freaking Phenomenal on my hair and make-up. I have never felt more gorgeous in my entire life.
On top of nailing my hair and makeup, she also rocked my mom's too! My mom isn't the most self-care savvy lady, I hadn't seen my mom this gorgeous since my brother's wedding. I would highly recommend them for anyone's beauty needs- Dee and Vanessa are both very pleasant people to work with and they listen when you have concerns. The pictures speak for themselves, but I have to be honest when I was wedding planning I booked based on the styles I saw and liked. However, what stood out for me the most was how kind, accommodating, and attentive my vendors have been. They can honestly make or break the experience so for me highlighting not only the quality of work but the quality of the people you're hiring is super important too.
