The Barn at Broadslab is a uniquely-Southern, rustic, yet elegant venue located in a wooded, tranquil setting alongside Broadslab Distillery. Located in rural Johnston County, The Barn at Broadslab has the space you need for your wedding or special event. Nestled Pines is new to our farm and provides rental accommodations and additional event space.

Our coastal themed room is beautifully decorated with live plants and rich greens, blues and driftwood colors throughout, perfect for a beach or outdoor themed celebration. We offer customizable packages that can be adapted to fit the needs of any small to medium size event, from 10 to 75 people. 1500 sq feet of open floor plan indoor event space with an additional 800 sq feet of covered outside patio space. Pave' is downtown Wilmington's newest event space. We are conveniently located on the ground floor on Water Street (near Chandler's Warf)...just steps away from the River Walk and the Cape Fear River. We book it out from 9-4 or 5-10pm. We are going GREEN and not meaning just adding plants (but yes, more plants the better). No more wasting water washing linen/dishes. Our plates/flatware/cups are biodegradable (we do offer an eclectic mix of real wine/champagne glasses). No more 6 foot banquet tables. This venue is meant for social gatherings. Pave' is cocktail style so lounge if you like on the couch, hop up on a bar stool or stand and mix/mingle. We offer all the rentals. There is only one bathroom at Pave' so that keeps our numbers comfortably in the 25-35 range. This is the vision for Pave'.
