Originally built as a livery and then used as a cold-storage warehouse, Millwick has reinvented itself as a unique stand alone, super-loft open to private events, outdoor wedding ceremonies and receptions, exhibitions and productions. It now boasts a flowing 7,000 square foot floor plan (4,500 sq ft interior + 2,500 sq ft garden courtyard) melding both interior and exterior areas. Millwick is an excellent event venue and wedding site for up to 175 people for ceremonies and receptions. Located in downtown Los Angeles in the heart of the Arts District, Millwick is convenient to many of the best new and historic hotels, restaurants and nightlife the city has to offer.

Valentine is our grandest location, and features a flowing 9,000 square-foot site plan designed for private events, courtyard weddings, receptions, exhibitions, productions and live performances. The venue is fully amenitized, and we provide experienced, professional site management, plus a commercial kitchen for client-selected catering teams. Originally built in the 1920’s in an area that has long served as the city’s seafood market east of Downtown, the building has lived many lives in its century of use; it’s been a hotel, a brothel, a fish and oyster company, and a commercial site for everything from glass blowing to marijuana cultivation. This mysterious history subtly informed our re-invention of the space.

Located directly across the street from Valentine & Grass Room and just around the corner from Millwick, Flora Chang is an intimate gathering space for up to 32 guests, plus staff, perfect for small performing arts events, private parties, day of bride/groom suite, rehearsal dinners, photo-shoots and more. It’s also a showroom/gallery for artworks, handmade objects and other far out stuff.

The Natural History Museum (NHM) occupies a special place in Los Angeles: It's one of L.A.’s oldest cultural institutions, and today, it's the anchor of an emerging cultural, educational, and entertainment hub in Exposition Park. We show off extraordinary specimens in exhibitions such as Age of Mammals, the Dinosaur Hall, the Gem and Mineral Hall, and our beloved dioramas. Heritage Park is a historic site that is operated by the City of Santa Fe Springs. The City has restored the buildings and grounds of an elegant ranch that prospered here in the late 1800's. The park also tells the story of the original people of this region, the Tongva/Gabrieliño Indians, in a dramatic exhibit nestled within the trees on the park's west side. At the entrance, visitors are greeted by a railroad exhibit featuring a vintage A.T.& S.F. steam locomotive. The ruins of a large adobe home, built during Mexican rule, flank the park's largest building, the Carriage Barn, which houses a museum.

Once a 1980s smog-check center, SmogShoppe is now a 100% solar-powered, private 6,500 square foot indoor/outdoor haven for desert plants, vertical gardens and chic vintage furnishings. The combined interior and exterior areas allow for quintessential California entertaining, making an ideal vintage wedding venue. The generous floor plan can accommodate up to 150-person garden ceremonies, 150-person formal sit down dinners, and 250-person cocktail parties. Built in 1904, Lombardi House is a fully restored Victorian-style farmhouse in the heart of Hollywood. Surrounded by mature fruit trees and gardens, this 7,000 square foot historic home sits within walking distance to the charming restaurants of Franklin Village, as well as Hollywood studios, theaters, shopping and dining. Our accommodations are modern, spacious and bright and can comfortably sleep up to 28 guests. The entire property is fully gated, enclosed for privacy from the street and offers secure, onsite parking. Original stable and barn refurbished with 35-foot vaulted ceilings is the perfect indoor-outdoor transitional event space. The estate grounds can accommodate up to 250 guests seated/500 guests cocktail style, offering an allinclusive floorplan perfect for family reunions, weddings, corporate retreats and parties. Celebrate your love with family and friends surrounded by the beauty and magic of our little slice of Long Beach history! The historic house sits on 4.74 acres of manicured gardens, designed by noted landscape architect Ralph D. Cornell in the 1930s. The adobe home itself dates to 1844; built originally as a cattle ranching headquarters, turned sheep ranch, and finally family estate before becoming a museum and historic site in the 1950s. In addition, the site is recognized as a local, state, and national historic landmark. Today, the gardens remain sensitive to Cornell’s landscape design, and many of the existing garden features have been maintained. We have a variety of outdoor spaces for your wedding festivities; all are included in our pricing as a whole site rental.
