RosAmungThorns Floral and Gift was established in May of 2013 as Springfield’s premier local flower shop. We are also known as the home of the lady bug! You may be wondering by now about the unusual spelling of the company name. It is not a typo – in fact, my grandpa used to call me “the rose among thorns.” When I opened my first email account, I wanted to honor that, but the correct spelling was taken. Therefore, “RosAmungThorns” was the obvious next choice! So, when I opened up my own flower shop, it was an easy transfer of my brand. And now I get to honor my grandpa’s belief in me everyday and do what I love! Flowers!!

HELLO! My name is Keisha, I am 28, and have been a hair stylist since 2017. I worked behind the chair as a colorist for four years while doing wedding hair behind the scenes. I have a beautiful son named Colson who is my whole world, and my main reason to step away from the chair and take on bridal styling as my full time career. Although I love doing all hair, I have always had the biggest passion for formal styling, and it has allowed me to create an open schedule that I use to spend time with my family, which I am so grateful for. I'm Kristen, a creative media producer from Oklahoma City. I specialize in video production and motion graphics but dip my toes in the photography pool from time to time. You would be surprised at how different video and photo really are! Over the past few years, I've discovered my love for video production has its roots in my passion for telling the stories of people and events going on around me. I believe every person, event, community, etc. has a unique story just waiting to be told. I think each of our stories have been written in order to inspire, grow, and encourage others.

I am a fine art wedding photographer and wedding planner, wife, and mother to our three sweet babies! I first fell in love with photography at an early age. I became very inspired watching my father photograph weddings and capturing the authentic joy on his clients best day. It was then that I fell in love with the concept of love and knew what I wanted to do. I went on to film photography in high school and digital photography in college. After college I started a job as a party coordinator. I did this for years. Then, on blind faith started my own journey into the world of photography and wedding planning!

I'm Dalton, and I absolutely love video (Obviously!). I first fell in love with movies as a little kid, and I have been trying to tell stories ever since! I actually have my Masters in Business from Grand Canyon University. During the pandemic, I was let go from my 9-5 job, and I then decided I was going to take a risk and do video full time. Since then, I've enjoyed my life so much. I am currently engaged myself (Set to be married in September!) and we will have four family members living with us (Sparky, Bandit, Oakley, and Josie).
