“We had the best experience working with Cross W Ranch. They were so supportive of what we wanted to do for our reception and very accommodating to our wants and needs. Sally and Hannah made themselves available for any detail - if we needed more tables, etc. they made sure we had what we needed and we were able to add additional tables and decorations with a simple request to Sally or Hannah. They were very responsive via text and in person with every question we had. Rebecca made sure we had enough silverware, dishes, napkins & tablecloths. They also provided time to set up the day before the reception and clean up the day after. The barn is authentic and beautiful. Restrooms and bar were immaculate and it’s equipped with a full kitchen which we were able to use for preparation. The simple elegance of the cloth tablecloths and napkins were a fitting contrast to the barn. The animals and surrounding pastures and fields provided a serene backdrop for our celebration. We would absolutely recommend using Cross W for whatever type of event you are planning; such a personable, memorable, stress-free experience for all of us involved!”
