“How does a wedding photographer pick their own wedding photographer/videographer? You might think the answer would be impossible—but for me, it was one of the easiest decisions I made for my wedding. There are so many photographers and videographers who create beautiful work, and it can feel overwhelming when you start looking. But for me, it wasn’t about finding beautiful photos and videos—it was about the experience. I wanted to be surrounded by my closest friends and family on my wedding day, and I wanted my vendors to feel like part of that circle too. Mel, Warren, and Cassie did just that. Throughout the entire process, I strive to give each client an above and beyond experience that will leave them at complete ease on their wedding day and full of nostalgia for years to come. It’s not often that the most monumental moments in our lives get to be planned with the level of meticulousness as a wedding day. But even a wedding day is full of surprises. That hug and look you weren’t expecting from a loved one. The speech from the self proclaimed “terrible public speaker” that had everyone in tears. These are the moments that I am passionate about documenting through film.
