I moved to Michigan a few years back and started this catering company to share all that I had learned in the city and bring that high quality food cooking style and energy to Southwest Michigan. I am a private Sushi Chef with more than a decade of experience. I first learned the Japanese Art of Sushi in Venezuela. I continued practicing this multidisciplinary craft in 3 countries before I settled in Chicago, IL, where I live now.
