Three classmates turned friends and colleagues, TrioNYC is a group of New York City based jazz musicians that have been working together for over a decade. It's no accident; we all share a passion for the only true American art form, and after spending thousands of hours honing our craft we want to share it with you. We've been welcomed at venues such as Jazz at Lincoln Center, The Rainbow Room, Birdland, Alice Tully Hall, Chelsea Piers, Tavern on the Green, Cipriani, Blue Hill at Stone Barns, The Friars Club and more — we hope yours is next!

I play at special events, and contract musicians to play at special events all around NYC and the surrounding areas! I drive all over the North East, and will fly cross-country if need be. Trained at Dubspot School of Electronic Music in New York City, Davis Mallory's DJ style is influenced by his childhood in Atlanta, Georgia, time exploring the music scenes of Chicago, Europe and New York, Los Angeles and Music City: Nashville, Tennessee. Based in Staten Island, New York, Cause and The Effects is an enthusiastic band comprised of young musical professionals ready to perform at your wedding. The band was founded in 2011 but the versatile members have been playing together and separately for more than two decades. You can choose between a seven-, eight-, or 10-piece band to perform at your reception, while smaller groups can perform during the ceremony and cocktail hour. Show-stopping music is performed with a variety of instruments such as horns, percussion, saxophones, flute, and piano. They are based in Staten Island but are willing to travel to destination weddings.
