Meet Milwaukee’s PhDJ, DJ Fuzzy Logic®! Fuzzy Logic started DJing as the summer co-host of The Soul Patrol at 91.5 FM WECI in Richmond, Indiana. This was the late 80s, so DJs spun vinyl. We were heavily influenced by the nearby Dayton/Cincinnati scene, arguably the world capital of funk. Midnight Star, Zapp, Ohio Players, and Slave were big, but hip hop was exciting, and we were the only people to play it on local stations. Think Kool Moe Dee, LL, Tribe, Ice Cube, and BDP, throw in some New Jack Swing, and of course add a 60-minute Quiet Storm at the end.

While at the Conservatory, Benjamin was a recipient of Honors in Music Theory, the Dean’s List and in 2013 was selected to provide program notes for the Conservatory’s orchestra and chamber concert series.
