The Barn on Walnut Hill is one of Maine's most sought after venues, located just 25 minutes from Portland in the lovely town of North Yarmouth. For more than a decade, the property has been setting the bar for timeless, elevated, and modern events in an elevated New England setting in the spring, summer, and fall. Walnut Hill's serene and private grounds include a forest ceremony grove, meticulously restored and climate controlled barn, ample space for tenting, and farmhouse for up to 12 overnight guests. Weddings at Walnut Hill include exclusive use of the entire property from Thursday-Sunday. This allows couples to host a ceremony and reception on site, as well as rehearsal dinner, welcome drinks, and even a farewell brunch, with no additional fees. For the first time in 2025, couples may also customize their length of stay on property through our Fête offering - this could be Friday-Sunday, or even just Saturday-Sunday depending on what you have in mind for your celebration!

“The Barn on Walnut Hill is an incredible venue! Coming from out of state, it was so nice to offer our wedding party a place to stay for the weekend and to have a central location for all of our weekend events. The grounds are beautiful and make for stunning photos. The farmhouse has everything you could need for a weekend away and acts as a great spot for Sunday brunch. Mike & Essie were wonderful to work with and really made sure we had everything we needed leading up to our wedding day. They also have a lot of great connections with vendors with made planning so much easier. Can't recommend this spot enough!”
