Our venue began as a cattle and horse ranch. In 2015, a friend's wedding request transformed our barn into a premier wedding site. We offer a warm, inviting atmosphere on our 54-acre ranch. Our elegant event hall features chandeliers, heating, and air conditioning. We provide various settings for ceremonies and receptions, including a patio and outdoor locations. Our bridal suite offers dual showers, a kitchen, and makeup stations. The gentlemen enjoy a man cave with a TV, pool table, poker table, and lounge area. Beyond weddings, we support the community through fundraisers, school banquets, and an annual event offering free weddings to local military and first responders. The Venue at Bonita Canyon stands out because it was designed to host you, your family and friends for the entire weekend. From rehearsal dinner on Friday to check out on Sunday, we have you covered! Our lodging options allow for a “destination” gathering place! You’ll find a beautiful and inviting space for rehearsal dinner and cocktail hour separate from our large capacity venue building. The venue will be able to accommodate any size wedding; large or small. A beautiful outdoor ceremony surrounded by gorgeous trees will make for a stunning and intimate location for your vows. We have day rates as well. And you're welcome to add on lodging as well. We are here to make your day perfect!

Your wedding at Palm Royal Villa will begin in one of two get-ready suites, both of which are elegantly furnished to create relaxing atmospheres. One of these suites is painted a pale pink and comes with chic chaise lounges, four vanities, and a floral accent wall. The other has a metallic color scheme, comfortable black leather couches, and a flat screen TV. From here, you will make your way down the grand staircase to the main level for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Round and banquet tables, Chiavari chairs with cushions, and floor-length black and white linens. You will also have access to the property ahead of the festivities for a two-hour photo shoot and a one-hour rehearsal. On the momentous occasion, a venue manager will be on-site to make sure that everything runs smoothly. The event staff also offers valet parking and assistance with setup and cleanup. Their goal is to create a seamless celebration that allows you sit back, relax, and indulge in the romance.

Historic. Affordable. Unique. Cotton Gin No. 116 is a historic event venue located in Brookshire, Texas, 15 minutes west of Katy, Tx. Originally established in 1936 as a working Cotton Gin, this venue has been recently renovated into unique event space.

The Middleton venue is a brand new event venue that just finished building in September 2023. This cozy luxurious event center is also a historical replica of the Stewart and Wright drugstore that was once in old Katy! The Middleton venue is a cozy 1274 ft.² we do provide tables chairs for your event. Our Max occupancy is 85 people standing 65 seated. We have two wheelchair accessible bathrooms with baby changing stations in both and easy parking right next to the venue.

Your event just got more sophisticated. When you book with Brandt 1910 you are adding historical style and class to your wedding, party, or private event. Built in 1910 by F.D. Brandt, the "Coca-Cola" building was originally constructed as a general store. Later, the building was split in two to make room for a pharmacy which complimented the nearby local doctor's office which was run by Dr. J.T. Mize, Physician, and Surgeon from 1920 - 1944. The general store, pharmacy, and doctor's office played an integral role in supporting the local commerce that was brought in by the Gulf, Colorado, and Santa Fe Railroad. In the 1960s the general store was sold and over the years played host to a number of restaurants and an antique store which was owned by Cal Ray Schluter who believed in preserving the old building for future generations. In 2022, Mr. Schluter sold the building to Joshua and Natalie DeJong with the purpose of restoring and preserving the building for its historic beauty.
