I am where I am today because of dance. I used to be a part of competitive dance team before I fell in love with visual storytelling. After a while of being in front of the lens for photo shoots and dance videos, I ended wanting to switch sides and start documenting my life and those around me. My style is a combination between photojournalism and fine-art photography with a touch of fashion and creative lighting. I am a cinematographer based out of Rochester, New York. In over ten years I’ve evolved from shooting choppy ski movies on a beat up GoPro to professionally delivering high-quality films for couples seeking to preserve their special days. When I watch my old GoPro footage, even all these years later, I can feel myself transported back to that time and place, just like I can with the thousands of other videos that I’ve taken since.
