Hello my name is David, I am a father, husband, friend, photographer and full time "Papa". I am a photographer based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I want to begin by mentioning a little bit about why I got into photography; I have always been interested in photography, but it was when I started staying home as a full-time dad that I really immersed myself into the world of pictures.

I am an easy-going country girl who genuinely loves people! I adore my clients and am passionate about capturing moments that feed their souls--even the raw, embarrassing moments that we may forget about during a hectic day but want to remember when we grow old. I love travel, coffee, dogs, and a good dark craft beer. You can typically find me hanging with my small family on the weekends or supporting my nieces and nephews at their sporting events all year long.

Benjamin and Kelsey met at a coffee house when Kelsey was a cute girl with a camera in hand. Needless to say, they discovered that they had a mutual passion for more than just photography. We are chasers of our next adventure. Whether that be on a windy mountaintop, or in a deep valley for intimate quite moments. We are obsessed with capturing images of our couples that truly resonate with them.

My father started Ueda Photography in Brazil more than 50 years ago. I grew up immersed in the world of photography as both my parents were professionals in the field. I remember bright lights, classy suits, winding the film of the Hasselblad, and my dad’s fun personality. My father would take me to parties, even at the age of five, and instruct me in lighting. He introduced me as “Uedinha” or “Little Ueda” to the party guests. Now I find myself in Madison, WI. I continue my father’s legend in a new land. I have kept his excellence and attention to you, the client, while going forward with my own artistic sense of photojournalism.

I am a photographer and artist from the Pacific Northwest with Costa Rican and Scottish roots. My favorite things are dinosaurs, exploring new cities, board games, soccer, National Parks, and whiskey. I have been fortunate to photograph 200+ weddings in my PNW home, to ruins in Scotland, cityscapes in Vietnam, to the beaches of Maui, and beyond! Hey there! Since you are trusting me to capture these special moments in your life, I figured you should probably know a bit about me, right? I am a Huntsville, Alabama native, but moved to Nashville after graduating from the University of Alabama in 2013. ROLL TIDE! Although I consider Nashville home, I am anything but a homebody. I love traveling and exploring new places (especially the food at those places!). I even studied abroad in Italy, which let me tell you, was a food lover's dream. I have always felt like an old soul trapped in a millennial’s body. I would rather listen to Frank Sinatra than anything on the radio today.

You are probably assuming my about me section will have a story about how I always wanted to be a photographer, I came out of the womb holding a camera, but that couldn’t be me. I stumbled into it, literally. I had no plans to become a wedding photographer. I was either going to follow my dad’s path and go to dental school, or become a social worker. But a freshman in college decided to shoot a few photos for fun, and now over eight years and almost 200 weddings later, I could not imagine myself doing anything else. This is my dream job!
