Justin and Meagan Hitt are a husband/wife catering chef team rooted in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwest Virginia. Both attended culinary school in Roanoke, Va at Virginia Western Community College and moved on to work at multiple locations including Hotel Roanoke and Primland in Meadows of Dan. After traveling to Cedar Rapids, Iowa and back to Burlington, NC; Meagan and Justin decided to return to Meagan’s hometown of Galax, VA to provide and share their expertise with the amazing people in the SWVA area. ”We want to be able to share a beautiful and tasteful, full experience beyond the plate of food within any of our services”

Award-wining Chef Alain Lemaire is a native of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, where he first discovered his interest in cooking. That interest in food grew out of the need to feed himself what he wanted, and when he wanted it by watching his mother and grandmother in the kitchen, to full blown passion by the time he graduated. Chef Lemaire has featured on several TV shows: he was the host chef of the “Taste of Haiti” episode of the "Luda Can't Cook" series on Discovery+ with award winning rapper, actor, restauranteur Chris "Ludacris" Bridges. He is also a contestant of the Food Network's hit series, Fire Masters, Cutthroat Kitchen, and Chopped.

I especially loved the various types of cheeses for the cocktail hours. The customer service was outstanding, everyone was so friendly and helpful. I loved the care and kindness everyone on the team had for us making sure all the details were perfect from the food displays to helping fluff my dress before I walked down the aisle.
